No votes for Texass reaffirms my belief in society. LOL
That one second put back on the clock by those crooked officials condemns Texas for life with me. The clock stops after the ball hits the ground AND the officials signal for the clock to stop. Not when the ball breaks the plane of the out of sideline. This is the only time in history such a ruling was ever made.

Which makes it concerning when a catholic (presumably) differentiates between the pope and tradition … and then won’t respond.
You know what I'm talking about. The virus of crusade mentality that creeps into the faith every now and then. In America, the church is sick with it. Hardly any Jesus in there.

My own priest talked **** on Pope Francis in his homily, saying we shouldn't listen to him and to pray against his evil. Wtf. From what I've heard from others, this is pretty standard in the States.

This is what someone was talking about. I was just adding to it. There's reasons everyone's bailing on the faith these days 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's kind of a painful list. It's like choosing between cleaning a toilet, the litter box, or the dog poop in the yard. I suppose it's not quite vomit (Colorado). I will say Notre Dame because I like the mascot.

Crusade mentality? I don’t know what you are talking about. No, there isn’t any of that in my community, and I live in one of the most staunch regions in the US.

Everyone is bailing on the faith? I’m pretty sure Bible in a year was the most downloaded podcast for a long period of time, and rosary in a year was downloaded more than Rogan just recently, so sounds like “these days” there seems to be quite a bit of interest.

Would still like to know how you are differentiating the pope’s Catholicism vs. traditional teachings. Just sounds like you are pissed because a priest spoke out against the pope. What was he upset about ?

Talking Heads on sports radio want teams to be seeded in the order they are ranked and think it will happen starting next year. If this were to happen this year Oregon, Georgia, Texas and Penn State would have gotten byes. ND would have hosted Clemson, OSU would have hosted ASU, Tenn would have hosted SMU and IU would have had Boise. I then have Oregon beating IU, Georgia beating Tenn, OSU beating Texas and ND over Penn State. This would change the Final 4 teams to Oregon, Georgia, OSU and ND. I still think it gets us to where it will be when OSU and ND are the last two teams standing.

“Idk you ask him?” Really? You are the one crabbing about the message and your priest, but you don’t know what it is and you can’t answer my question? That’s weird. I’d ask the wannabes, except I’m not sure where they are because, despite the apparent huge %, I don’t seem to ever have encountered one. You seem to be inundated with them though, so if you want to give me a name or two (or more), I would love to have the conversation.

Some priests are more effective and better at their jobs than others, as in every other vocation. I would encourage you to focus on the teachings of the church, those have never changed. If you don’t like your parish, try another one if feasible.

If you don't get it, you don't get it. You're either with Catholicism led by Pope Francis or you're sedavecantist. And it's those who are the latter - a slight majority of American Catholics - are who ruin it for others in this country.

Nah I'm good with being a cultural Catholic but ultimately transcendent beyond mere religion ✌️

"if you don't get it you don't get it?" Maybe if at some point, just one time, you could provide an actual answer, a meaningful response, it would help. You've now made some sort of effort ... good job. Catholicism led by the Pope, yup, that's what I and nearly every other catholic in this country is on board with. Being concerned with something the Pope says or does doesn't make you a sedavecantist. For ***** sake. The only papal teachings that Catholics are obliged to follow are ex cathdera statements. Some don't care for what would seem to be the softer language and attitude which he uses (and which is used in the media to portray a false narrative of the church); that doesn't mean they deny the Pope or his position in the church. I will ask you one more time, but just once, to explain yourself. How are the "slight majority" ruining it for others in this Country. How is what the "slight majority" an "abomination." Can you just provide some kind of explanation or example? at all?

What's a "cultural catholic?" That sounds like something different than "catholic."

You care way too much about this stuff lol which indicates crusader mentality of which I speak about. Always gotta be right with dogma above all else right?

Unlike the actual early church, which was actually widespread with some crazy diverse and beautiful beliefs and positions - while sharing central beliefs around Jesus. Simple as that.

Ha! “You care way too much” and I’m the crusader mentality? For asking you questions? How lame. You’re clearly full of ****. For a self-proclaimed “critical thinker” it seems that you are much more comfortable in the shallow end of the pool. Based on how difficult this has been for you, my bet is it isn’t the priest or those around you that have the issues. This may hurt your delicate cultural Catholicism, but I bet Francis didn’t really tell Biden that he was a good catholic.

You're so lame and so are all your posts. I can't recall ever seeing one that I thought was a decent contribution.

Welcome to ignore. Bye!
