1) Penn St - This one is easy. I've said it before but I live in central PA with PSU fans. But I'm 100% Big Red football so I'm not going to lose sleep when Franklin inevitably screws things up for them
2) Ohio St - Distant second. Quite a few annoying bandwagon fans in these parts. But always funny to watch ESPN lose their minds over a Big 10 team
3) Notre Dame - I don't hate them. I don't like them either. They exist. I was raised Catholic so I've known a few fans over the years. Never had much problem with ND like some have. But no real reason to root for them either
4) Texas - Ew. I don't think this needs explanation. I just include them on this list because it will bother me if it's not complete. Horns Down and have fun losing to Ohio State. Cause if the Bucks play like the first two playoff games it's gonna get ugly

Penn State would be the best scenario. In the event that Rhule keeps this thing on track, it keeps Franklin at Penn State and removes the shot of Rhule ever considering his home team.
It’s also a Big Ten win which is good for the conference image. And I don’t see Penn State as turning into the monster that Ohio State and Texas would be with their NIL funds they can raise. Would be nice for each to take an L in the semis and temper their donors enthusiasm just a bit.

This seems a little strange. Franklin got them to the BIG championship and got them to the semis, he’s not going anywhere unless he chooses to. Also, Rhule has underperformed both years here and has to prove himself before being seriously considered by a place like penn state.
Also, and most importantly, thry are likely the biggest douchers of the remaining teams.
Go Domers. Like the toughness and the HC.

Penn St, the 1982 team won the national title but caught a pass 2 yards out of bounds and a trapped TD reception against Nebraska .
Whorns, in 1970 losing to Notre Dame they claim 1970 because the Coaches voted prior to the bowl games.. 2009 CCG when the official’s gave them another second.

Ohio State is the only team I care to see win. Don’t hate Penn State but I don’t want them to succeed. Absolutely despise ND and catholic religion ( not people who are catholic) don’t confuse the 2. I hate Texas football, 2009 in Dallas still burns a hole in my heart that may never be repaired.
Anybody but Pedo St. The way the fans, administration, coaches and everyone dismissed that JoPa had no idea that Sandusky was screwing kids is disgusting. JoPa knew all along along with many other coaches, players, fans and administration. Hate that university!!

That's kinda where I'm at. Plus, I don't really have any issue with rooting for Watts. Wish he'd played for Nebraska but pretty hard to fault what he's done.
not mention the no-targeting decision by the refs in the final moments of regulation against ASU. That was text-book targeting, yet somehow they picked up the flag … I’m sure there wasn’t any influence in that decision

Seems an odd take … I would think it safer and more logical to say that you hate people who are catholic (maybe because you’ve had some poor experience with them), rather than hating the religion. By hating the religion, don’t you necessarily hate the teachings and have a disdain for all those who follow it? By the way, “hate” is pretty extreme. Not trying to torpedo this post, but interested in the comment as it is pretty aggressive and wondering the rationale.

Ok, fair point, I hate a select few Catholics, don’t condemn all Catholics because of it though, truly do hate the catholic religion that was pushed on me at a younger age
I would argue that the people you don’t like and the religion you were taught were not the true Catholic faith.
The catholicism I love is often condemned by a majority of American Catholics around me - you know, the kind of catholicism of Pope Francis.
I imagine the person you're responding to dislikes the majority types who've painted themselves into a strange corner by hating their own Pope...
