****** every with way. BS TD call, not reviewing that obviously incomplete pass play. Just criminal.

Missed obvious face mask in the first half.
Awarding a TD that wasn’t a catch.
Missed obvious DPI in the second half.
Missed obvious incomplete pass to end game.

Feels eerily like our final year in the Big XII. 😡

The first down play to Coleman was marked a yard short of where he caught it…lost about 15 seconds

Total BS. We are razor thin with these games. Can't overcome bs calls like that. 3 or 4 times in the game where the announcers thought there were terrible calls

Never leave it in the hands of the judges in a fight or officials on the field. Were they awful? Yes. But the offense still performed worse than the officials.

I hate pointing at the officiating after a horribly played game in which NU could not find its butt with both hands. But that crew chief is a crooked POS. Has been doing an awful job for years.

But even with him out there, horrible effort against a very mediocre team.

3 plays the touchdown pass that shouldn’t have been the no call pass interference and the in complete pass that wasnt whistled dead typical big 10 home cooking

This is rather comical. We don’t have a single penalty called against us the entire game but officiating is why we lost.

I’m going with 12 for 28 passing and 0-3 turnover margin.

This is far more on Heinrich Haarberg in the first half. His inability to spot WIDE FREAKING OPEN receivers was contagious and the offense just wilted.

Get out of here with this. We lost by three and MSU was given a TD on an incomplete pass. That’s a pretty ducking big deal.

He is the all time worst. Was shocked we got holding called once, as he usually lets teams rape our DEs.

So when an officiating fix is in on a team, how do they determine which team to screw? The current weaker program? The traditionally weaker program? The team that has a better opportunity to represent the conference? Refs are alums of the team they are helping?

“After further review, the call of a touchdown……drumroll please…… STANDS!!!”

Too bad he couldn’t have ordered a confetti shower to top it off.

He was taking way too much joy in announcing that. I mean WTF. I’ve never seen an official do that before.

We did have a ineligible man down field called on us that was offset by defensive holding.

Did anyone catch the end of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State? Oklahoma State defender tackled receiver Stoops in the end zone. Catchable ball and the defender made no effort to look back for it. Easy, easy, pass, interference call by the referee on the spot who was 10 feet from the play. But, no call. The announcers couldn’t believe it. They sent the play upstairs and that guy couldn’t defend the no call either. It was 10 times worse than ours. These referees are egregiously bad.

Take away any one of the 3 (passing, turnovers, officiating) and we win!

Absolutely the worst I've seen.
I understand letting DBs and WRs be physical but one of spartys tds was a clear push off.
Spartys DBs were holding our WRs arms back on almost every dropped ball. + the no call on Coleman that probably would have been a TD.

On the TD pass in question, there should have been 2 separate penalties on the NU db. When the WR first juked around him the NU guy reached out and grabbed him from behind (holding missed). Then as the pass was on the way the NU guy was interfering with the MSU wr’s left arm, forcing him to use one arm for the catch (missed PI).

It wouldn’t shock me if the reviewer thought F-it, a couple missed calls and they should have first down at the 2 at worst, called TD on the field, let it stand.

That’s not how it works and the MSU receiver pushed off too.

That was as bad of a blown review as you will ever see. A gifted TD on an incomplete pass in a 3-point game is just criminal.

Not the reason we lost. We had opportunities. Missed throws. Dropped passes. Missed blocks. That is why Neb lost.

We played bad and we were screwed by the zebras. Both are true.

If we play well we win. If we aren’t on the wrong side of an epic screw job we win. Just because a team doesn’t play perfect or isn’t talented enough to blow the other team out doesn’t mean it’s OK for them to get hosed by the officials.

We didn’t play well enough to win. A couple of calls didn’t go our way. I do not, however, think the BIG conspires to screw Nebraska.
