The govt approved the language … the people voted, and when the govt didn’t like the outcome of the vote they decided their constituency was too stupid to understand what they were voting on and nullified it

That is true. Remember I said it was 65-75 year olds who told me the ballot confused them. The real problem was the way the AG’s explanation appeared supposedly. One woman thought you had to approve both to get medical pot.

Yes, there are many smaller towns in Nebraska (my wife's hometown with population 410 had 3 bars at one time!), but <900 pop is still small, right?

I don't know of any one that has been pulled over.. Hard to justify as there is a casino there so people are there for multiple reasons.. I don't have many friends that go for this reason so my sample size is small
