Boy oh boy, I couldn’t help myself and decided it was time to start pulling up recent YouTube videos including speeches and introductory press conferences…
This guy is one hell of a bullshitter!
He honestly should of been a politician.
He really spreads it on thick too. I hope he coaches as good as he bullshits.
I had to turn every video off after about 10 min. I was either laughing or shaking my head cause I could tell he was feeding the whole room a line of ****.
Spend some time on YouTube and watch for yourself. You’ll find the people from Carolina weren’t so fond of the ministers son from NYC. They had some pretty damning videos accusing him of being a control freak and amongst other things, a fraud.
All in all, it didn’t give me a warm fuzzy.
I hope Trev didn’t fall victim to his charm.
To be candid, I think this guy is full of ****.
And I can’t help but think that we’re all being lined up to eat another nice big Shitburger

Looks like he’s hired.
This is just my honest assessment of his personality based off of what he himself has said the past few years and from previous coaching stops.
Whether or not he retains MJ and Bill Busch will be the next big clue of what we’re getting with this guy. He kicks them to the curb or we find out they refused to join his staff. That’s a major red flag.
And let’s be honest, we’re not bringing this guy in to win 7-8 games a year. We already have that potential with the current staff.
This guy better be bringing us to the BIG title game every other year or what’s the point of all this?
I already see the posts being put out of how we need to give him time. The whole board has deep throated him hook, line and sinker. If you wanted to give someone time or have a project hire, it should of been MJ.
Let’s hope we didn’t just sign up Bill Callahan Jr… cause it kind of has that feeling.

He doesn’t allow his coaches the freedom to do their jobs and or make decisions. Sound familiar?
Supposedly this is what led to the riff between him and Joe Brady in Carolina. Which resulted in Brady being fired.

in my opinion, it's asinine to just ignore his NFL tenure
College guy in the NFL without an NFL playing background is a tough sell. To say that Carolina has a locker room problem would be an understatement.
maybe rhule immediately converting 10% of his panthers roster into his former temple players (including notorious cancer robbie anderson) upon his hire contributed to the locker room problem

I will be the first to say it: Rhule needs five years to get his guys in place, and to remove the cancer culture.
Ask anybody about Tom Osborne. Massive control freak. Nothing was left to chance.
College and pro ball couldn't be more different. You almost need to be an accountant to run an NFL program, because it is all about maximizing the salary cap to maximize talent. In college you can monopolize talent as much as recruiting and what few remaining recruiting rules allow. If you can sign the 25 best players a year, do it. College also requires a lot more player development. How many NFL veterans need coaching up on their technique?
Exactly I would rather take a control freak than a guy like Frost who never prepared for anything.

Unless you’ve been living in a cave you would understand that none of us are putting hardly any weight on his time in the NFL. Two of the best coaches in college football history were failures in the NFL. You’ve got to admit that there is a HUGE difference in players in the NFL vs College. So his players at Carolina didn’t love him. What about his college players? PJ Fleck would be a TRAIN WRECK in the NFL because the players wouldn’t put up with his schtick. But his players at minnesota love him.
Instead of comparing apples to oranges, why don’t you compare apples to apples?
