You’ve got to admit that there is a HUGE difference in players in the NFL vs College. So his players at Carolina didn’t love him. What about his college players? PJ Fleck would be a TRAIN WRECK in the NFL because the players wouldn’t put up with his schtick. But his players at minnesota love him.

Instead of comparing apples to oranges, why don’t you compare apples to apples?

The closest thing to apples to apples I could find was Holtz leaving the jets and going to arkansas after 2 program builds in college

Good example, but my greater point was nfl players don’t like everything being controlled by someone else, while college players are much more likely to accept a coach who is a control freak if it will help them get to the nfl.
