I agree fully that Adams should be held accountable. It was stupid what he did and never should have happened. If the photographer hit his head on the concrete and cracked it open, hrow the book at him.
At the same time, my 6 year old niece has pushed me harder than what the video shows. There used to be a time when, if someone shoved another person out of frustration and the other person didn’t get hurt, no harm no foul.
If the photographer did suffer an injury, Adams will be paying the price as he should. But if no injury of note happened, I'm tired of the litigious society for a money grab that we have become.
I’m just putting myself in the photographer’s shoes… if I would have gotten shoved down like that but suffered no injury, I would laugh it off because I had a story to tell my grandkids.
Again, if the photographer got injured, this post is moot.
