I'll only be in my 50s in 10 years but I'm certain I won't be alive lol.How damn old are some of you lol?
I’m sure Saban approved it for one reason - he won’t be there then.Far better than their usual cupcakes consisting of Southern Miss, New Mexico State, Colorado State, and Chicago School for the Blind.
Yeah. Either that or Slippery Rock State was not available for them to play.I’m sure Saban approved it for one reason - he won’t be there then.
Looks like Ohio St, Nebraska, Illinois, Minnesota and Purdue are all willing to tussle. Iowa is once again absent.Note: Big Ten talking about possibly moving to ten game conference schedule when USC & UCLA come aboard. That might mess with scheduled OOC games.

Ioway is stuck with Io.State whether they like it or not…Looks like Ohio St, Nebraska, Illinois, Minnesota and Purdue are all willing to tussle. Iowa is once again absent.
They’re allowed to schedule whoever they wantIoway is stuck with Io.State whether they like it or not…
Chances are they won’t want to play another Power5 school and the Cyclones too.
Prior to Saban, Bama sucked, so this is a crap shoot on the decency of either team.I give Minnesota credit for scheduling this. Probably not going to end well for them, but with zero expectations going in, the potential reward far outweighs the risk.
Not minnPrior to Saban, Bama sucked, so this is a crap shoot on the decency of either team.
Wasn't Minnesota a powerhouse back in the 60s or something? Or before that?
The Iowa legislature probably requires Iowa to play Iowa State every year since the legislature controls the funding for both universities. That might be why they have to "bump uglies" so to speak. They’re allowed to schedule whoever they want
There is nothing in the college football bylaws that requires those two lame schools to bump uglies every season, just like there is nothing (except cowardice) prohibiting iowa from scheduling two P5 games
They never won one bowl game winning any of these titles and none in the two platoon football era..
