On top of that, they don't understand how to pass, dribble and move with purpose. It's just one random pickup game move after another, with no hint of an actual offense.

Nah.. spending their practices worrying about this woke crap and wondering which anthem to play instead of practicing basketball is the problem. Or does the on-court performance prove me wrong? Fred is a weak leader and needs to go.

So, in summary—all losing teams woke, all winning teams non-woke. Got it. So tonight, if the volleyball team loses they are woke. If they win non-woke. I’m so confused—didn’t they (players and coaches) apologize to the kneeling Maryland player for the incident in Lincoln? That would make them woke, yet they are in the Elite Eight????
Maybe coaching simple fundamentals has nothing to do with one’s social/political beliefs….

Why can Creighton put a good team together every year, but we can't? They have all the same disadvantages we have - they have the worst location of any Big East school yet still manage to find good players to compete in a tough conference.

You can't tell me it's because McDermott is an elite coach, he absolutely sucked at Iowa State, even Doc had a much better Big 12 record than he did.

watching mens sports at Nebraska is so depressing...I could only stomach about 90 seconds of the this game...verge is not the guy.....they rarely show wrestling so can't watch that...I was hopeful for basketball but it is t

You can't tell me it's because McDermott is an elite coach, he absolutely sucked at Iowa State, even Doc had a much better Big 12 record than he did.

Man I was not expecting Creighton to put it to BYU this way. Still a half to play, but Jays look way better than they did early in the season. Huskers, on the hand, appear to be jogging in place.

Why can't Fred be a coach and establish an actual motion/flex offense to force movement...and have some established plays off of that? At least once in awhile? Please? Other than subbing and timeouts, it isn't obvious to me what his coaching/plan/requirements for the players are. Looks like roll the ball out there, 5-man scatter and hope somebody is hot today! No threes = no chance. Painful viewing.

McDermott made a mistake when he first started at ISU by coddling some bad apples and he never really was able to recover. I think he learned from that though.
