I think this will go down about as hard as the extra book benefit for athletes.

Glad to see I hurt your feelings!

Im surprised Frost has had the extra time to cheap considering how he loves the night life so much.

This may be best case though considering one of the penalties may be a suspension for Frost.
My feelings aren't hurt. Just pointing out you seem angry, that all.

Well you’re ‘re mentally deranged if you think this football program was in better shape with Riley than SF. It’s taken him a few years for the strength and conditioning program to be on par with other Big 10 teams…

He has his faults like not finding the QB’s he had at Oregon or UCF and he hasn’t take special teams seriously enough, but this program is in much better situation now than when he to take over Riley’s mess..
Lol what? SF’s program is a unmitigated disaster thus far. Riley May we’ll have been worse, but Frost has shown Zero improvement.

It's now obvious that Frost may be in desperation mode right now. Between "cheating" with analysts, the hidden practices, and trying to avoid an embarassment from OU and attempting to schedule Fordham twice.. I dont even think his confidence level is high

This reminds me of the main reason Moe Iba was forced to resign. His practicing outside of the NCAA limits and then hid it from Bob Devaney. He got Nebraska to the NCAA tournament for the first time and then resigned.

Exactly what it is supposed to be. This is AD leverage that will justify a change if Frost doesn’t have a banner year.
I didn't want to post that but one certainly has to be suspicious that there could be a mole in the athletic department who has this in mind. One can't rule out a disgruntled alum still close to the program dropping bombs either. There was a WHOLE bunch of this crap going on during Callahan's time at NU.

If Frost was trying to bag out on the OU game, he was on the right track.

This is 💯 percent the University trying to fire him with just cause not to pay his contract. Moos leaves out of no where. New AD. Self reported. Scott is gone.

Moos wasn’t doing his job.. He hadn’t attend any home Basketball or Baseball games after the new year..

They checked his office and they have a security card to get in and he wasn’t there for months according to his punch in card is what I was told…

He was living on his ranch In Montana…

The more I think about this, it makes me wonder who the disgruntled person is who turned them in? The source had to come from the inside much like it did at ASU.

I agree these are minor but we don't need any distractions and negative publicity on the recruiting trail.
So does this have anything to do with the trap that was supposedly set up to find the internal leaker with the alternative uniform fiasco perhaps??

If this is true it is a minor infraction at best. At least it seems so to me. Am I wrong??
Because it’s Nebraska I’m sure it will be severe. I feel like the NCAA hasn’t done jack crap about anything but all of a sudden then are coming for NU.

This is so stupid. We are now allowing players to be openly paid, even as HS recruits, but are going after a team for an off site team meeting.
Almost like Eric Crouch's ham sandwich and where NU got pee-pee slapped for giving the suggested text book supplements with the books thing a few years ago.

There is no way the NCAA can punish us. We should have credit built up for the last 10 years of limiting ourselves on scholarships. That 85 Scholarship limit seemed really hard for the last 3 Head Coaches to actually attain.

The only bad that can come out of the practice allegations is that it is a terrible look on Frost to hide things from the AD. Since this was known months ago, did this accelerate Moo's retirement? Did this turn away potential AD candidates with the knowing that a report was about to be dropped?

I didn't think I'd live long enough to see a Husker fan say this ...but there it is. Not only was Nebraska trying to avoid playing a tough opponent, a traditional rival no less, but also rejected an offer to play in a post-season bowl game. Can it go any lower? We'll see. I'm sure there is a team out there less threatening than Fordham.

What makes this bad is it was during covid.
think if it came out some kid got really sick from the illegal work outs. That would be bad.
the advantage of practice is a no no. They can give money , cheat on test but the covid twist makes it bad in the NCAA eyes.
Probably a one year bowl band.

Alberts was brought in for one purpose only, babysit Frost through this year to keep him from making professional and personal mistakes that will embarrass the University.
I would say he’s off to a poor start.

Our head football coach needs to realize he is screwing the pooch with all of these things...personal life...off-field behavior...hiding things from the AD. He needs to re-set, re-examine his priorities and surround himself with people and actions that will lead to his success vs. his demise.

The NCAA has no teeth anymore, but this is just another example of things going sideways in Lincoln. If what we saw on the field was a result of extra whatevers holy crap thats a pretty poor reflection of whatever is happening down there
