Stephen Belichick could be their dark horse candidate, unless he's waiting to take over when his dad inevitably is forced to retire for being a mediocre HC

Whoever it is I'm sure the Hawkeyes won't have any issues getting their ethics, equality, and diversity department heads to sign off on the next head ball coach....mainly because the University of Iowa doesn't have those departments.

He may not be too far off. You can have some racist coaches on your staff, you can have a consistently mediocre record, average recruiting and make top pay for it and get a raise every time you hit the 8 win mark.
