You been hitting the crack pipe lately? Was the hiring of Callahan better for the future of Nebraska football than hiring Bo Pelini (who was proven to be too immature, and a below average coach)?
Bill Walsh invented the west coast offense not clownahanHe modified our offense, which Pelini would not have done. Plus Coach Frost offense wouldn't exist without the west coast style
We're on the same pageBill Walsh invented the west coast offense not clownahan
Dumb post is dumb.He modified our offense, which Pelini would not have done. Plus Coach Frost offense wouldn't exist without the west coast style
Not only that, but "Frost" and "Walsh" both have 5 letters.Wasnt Frost coached by Bill Walsh?
Nope.I will say (even Sean, Nate, and Steve sipple agree) Callahan had a great offensive mind. You think if BC would've kept BP as his DC, we could've contended?
Are you a relative of Callahan? Just curious.I will say (even Sean, Nate, and Steve sipple agree) Callahan had a great offensive mind. You think if BC would've kept BP as his DC, we could've contended?
Holy crap dude, I'm not saying he was the next TO. All I'm saying is he was the right hire at the right time, we needed to update our offense. I dont disagree with the Pelini hire either, we were weak on defense.Nope.
You dont understand how a successful program operates if you think callys fix was as simple as a different DC.
Holy crap dude, I'm not saying he was the next TO. All I'm saying is he was the right hire at the right time
Lol, I knew everyone would hate me for this postAre you a relative of Callahan? Just curious.
Who cares. Worthless post.
Wasnt Frost coached by Bill Walsh?
No, he wasn't. He was a product of a totally botched firing and a clown car candidate "search". Our AD had nobody lined up and the search for a replacement drug waaayyyyy out in embarrassing fashion. Houston Nutt even stood us up.
Turned out, Pederson had whiffed over and over, and Callahan was the last female left in the bar at closing time
I'm the odd man out dudeAnother words a $&it stirrer.Winking

I’m going to be in your corner... a little...I'm the odd man out dude

Pelini rocked dudeI’m going to be in your corner... a little...
He was not the right fit here... but I’d take him over Pelini easy...
AND he uttered the greatest line EVER about OU fans
You're obviously impossible to debate with.So Solich was the future?
Which shirt is tighter on you? The Corncoast Offense or Riled Up one?Was the hiring of Callahan better for the future of Nebraska football than hiring Bo Pelini (who was proven to be too immature, and a below average coach)?

The defense was pathetic.Cally did a ton of interesting stuff at NU...he was innovative in many ways...
Interactive Playbooks
Used technology unique to NU to teach playbook and to check for playbook knowledge
Spring game on NFL Network
Dynamic Recruiting...
Throat slash for OU which I thought was awesome
He also stocked our team with draft picks which gave us a small but realistic chance at a national title in 2009 and 2010...bo peep pissed it away.
He was also very grateful for our fan base and really did get it after we lost to OU in the 2006 Big 12 championship. It was really sad that 2007 snowballed but I suppose it was inevitable.
This is my first post, wanted fans opinions. I'm sure you're a great all-American desk jockey who probably makes more money than I do haha![]()
Get a clue, rook.

I would say touche, but Zac Taylor stood the up. The K-state game in '05?... He went out after he got hitHis offense had one of my favorite trick plays I've seen.
Zac Taylor walking towards the sideline.
