A month ago I would not have believed Moos (or any other AD) could pull this off. Just a huge hire.
Now all the whiners who were crying about Moos not knowing what he was doing. Go buy him a beer!! He's earned it!! He's got this. GBR!!
Good luck getting tickets for BB season

After reading this board and a few newspaper articles you would think it was total anarchy in Lincoln. Bunch of sky is falling chicken littles need to take a pill, hit a bong or have a drink or 10 and chill the f out.SmokinThat's no chit.
Season ended around 11:00 Sunday night.
Miles fired Tuesday.
Hoiberg deal finalized about noon on Saturday.
Less than a week. It doesn't get any better than that.
Big 10-4 on that. After reading this board and a few newspaper articles you would think it was total anarchy in Lincoln. Bunch of sky is falling chicken littles need to take a pill, hit a bong or have a drink or 10 and chill the f out.Smokin
Were there Miles "die hards"? Man there weren't many from my perspective. There were some of us that supported the guy for a long time but I don't know of anybody who was all that upset at the thought of Moos firing him. Hoiberg appears to be a tremendous hire. I'm hoping he gets the 5-6 years to build something before negativity starts in on him. I've always been a big Hoiberg fan from his time at ISU to his time with the T Wolves. Good guy. And as for that "stain" or "stench" or whatever the Hell it was supposed to be, per the Miles die-hards - Poof! Gone.

I want to take Bill Moos out and buy him some drinks!
I put my season ticket requests in about a month ago, I knew it was going to be a long list when the Hoiberg rumors started swirling.Good luck getting tickets for BB season
We are finally going to get answers to the questions of whether Nebraska football can be nationally relevant again
Good video here about Hoiberg - with a bonus appearance by Doc Sadler.
This is really good stuff. The belief that we have a coach that can teach, and get a team to play together, is more than a little exciting.
