I can imagine it will be a 15 point game. Anything close to a 5 point win would be a moral loss. Penn state is struggling. If Nebraska does find a way to lose, the rest of the season could get ugly.

I’m trying to decide whether to watch Nebraska or Johnson-Brock vs Falls City Sacred Heart....tough call.

I hate the thought of must-win games, but this one is up there because the team is coming off back to back losses in games that could have gone either way and now playing a team at home that should not have a chance to win.

Hoping for the best, but double digit favorites for a team just desperate to win (coming off losses) is usually a red flag to not bet them to cover.

If they somehow lose this game, yes there's a chance we tank. Just too many tough games ahead and we absolutely can't start conf 1-4.

What is disappointing is we have a lot of conference games to play yet and this team has potential and too many on here want us to lose..

What the F¥€£....

I don't want us to lose, but I could definitely see the wheels falling off in this one. Wouldn't surprise me at all if we get our teeth kicked in.

I don't think there are too many on here that want us to lose....I think there are a lot of people on here who think this team will simply lose ....this team has shown nothing lately to discourage that opinion....and has actually done the exact opposite...thus the less then optimistic statements.

I think we win easy. At home against a not good Penn State club that is not playing very well at the moment.

I’m just saying with the roster we have and the slow start so far, lose this and it is going to be tough for Miles to recover

So what did Miles do to turn Mike'l Severe against him. Severe is usually pretty fair so when he said on the air yesterday that he didn't think Miles was a good person it perked my ears up.

Seriously, why do you care what a talking head thinks? They're only paid to get listeners. So, they say outrageous stuff. Listeners get worked up and they make a show.

Never have cared for Severe, my sister says he had a local cable tv show, he has some really extreme ideas

Not at all. Believe me, I'm an old conservative and I enjoy Severe immensely. He stays very non-politcal. He's probably one of the more intelligent local guys I've heard do sports talk up there with Kugler. He's not a homer but roots for the Huskers to do well. I've listened to him for several years and he's always very fair. He can get a little goofy when he's had too much caffeine.

Because I've always been somewhat of a Miles supporter and IF Severe doesn't like him, that sends up a red flag for me. Severe seems about as fair as anybody I've ever listened to.

Like Miles, I just don’t like the offense sets he runs.If you even call that an Offense it is very unimaginative...

Our zone offense is not particularly effective especially. Unfortunately Miles learned his trade in an area where that offense is very popular and I think he's married to it. Some of his set play calls are very good but man we stand around too much against zone.

We stand around too much against man-to-man as well.

Wow, 2 offensive rebounds then they drop 2 points and pick up the foul. Embarrassing.
