East
1. Michigan- Defense wins championships and they will finally have a QB on offense.
2. Ohio State- will lose to Michigan
3. Michigan State- Won't sneak up on anyone this year, and might have to play huskers at night later in season which would = a loss.
4. Penn State- We will find out how good Franklin is at developing a defense because they lost a lot from last year.
5. Indiana- They will upset someone this year, and will be better on offense.
6. Maryland- Will be better this year but their in the East
7. Rutgers- continue to be the norm
West
1. Wisconsin- will be very good on offense and reload on defense
2. Iowa- Will be solid, but I think teams with good running game will be able to move the ball on them this year (weak at DT, LB)
3(tie) Purdue- I think they will be very good on offense, defense will be solid by end of season.
3(tie) Northwestern- Will be similar to last years team
3(tie) Nebraska- I don't think anyone knows what to expect. Coaching matters and Nebraska didn't have that last year and it will this year. If it wasn't for their tough schedule I would have picked them at #2.
6. Row the damn boat- Their coach is a clown
7. Illinois- I don't think it will help having Santa look alike for HC this year either.
