OSU's offense is a poor man's Clemson/Auburn offense. Barrett just isn't fast enough to really stress the defense the way Scott likes to.Is OSUs offense similar to Frost's at all or only the zone read part and OSUs is more like Chip's?
Completely different, OSU offense is very basic.Is OSUs offense similar to Frost's at all or only the zone read part and OSUs is more like Chip's?
Who wants to play their way out of the NFL #1 pick.
Oh yeah. I guess that Iowa game was very forgettableHmmmm, didn’t Iowa beat OSU?
Sam D and Tanner L have something in common..
96-24 gets exhausting, I understand.Oh yeah. I guess that Iowa game was very forgettable
Those games were comedic gold.96-24 gets exhausting, I understand.

Sam Darnold with his 13th INT of the season.
Darnold = Lee?
You pay me #1 money and I'll play for the Browns...all day, every day.Nobody wants to play for the Browns!
Believe me, NFL scouts will notice that. Of course this game isn't over either yet.Lee played better than Darnold against OSU
I seem to recall Lee doing next to nothing in the first half against tOSU when the game was on the line, but he did do ok when the Buckeyes let off the gas.Lee played better than Darnold against OSU
Lee played better than Darnold against OSU
- And Darnold is proected as the #1 or 2 pick in the NFL draft isn't he?
No O line or Running game makes for 1 dimensional football. I also recall some WR dropsies.I seem to recall Lee doing next to nothing in the first half against tOSU when the game was on the line, but he did do ok when the Buckeyes let off the gas.
The point is, we as fans based on personal feelings tend to either over value or under value the NFL potential of our Husker players. At this point IMO, Lee is under valued. Lee plays the single most important position on a team, has played in a pro-style WCO, and has been coached by a former NFL QB coach to go with his arm talent. I really haven't seen that much more out of Darnold when I've watched him than I've seen out of Lee considering their respective O lines and receiver talent. JMHO.That does it then.... Lee will be the first round pick instead of Darnold.
have you seen any QBs that weren't > than Bauserman? Look up the Urban Dictionary's definition for Bauserman!!!! OH MY!!!!Laughing> Bauserman.
looks like he regressedDarnold had a hellva year last year and not too mention the Rose Bowl game when he threw for 453 yards and 5TD passes.

The difference you are talking about is that Meyer is able to land big guys that are really really fast. Recruiting smaller guys who can run isn't a choice coaches make over recruiting guys who are just as fast but bigger.Same in a sense that they are both spread option systems but used in very different ways. Ohio State is more of a speed and size combo type offense where Frost has more of a pure speed focus. Frost has a lot of tricky stuff you'll see, while Meyer has a more straightforward "it's your job to stop us" type approach. A lot of screens, counters, inside zones, etc. in both offense's Meyer seems to be more invested in the QB run though.
