I'm considering trying it. It's expensive for "quality" cbd. Anyone think it works for anything? Anxiety? Sleep? Anything?
Got access to medical MJ but try not to use except when I have to- Weight gain and lazy *** and all.

I've tried the oil in a bottle that you take orally, under your tongue - it didn't do anything for me. I have some pretty severe lower back issues (degenerated discs, spinal stenosis), so maybe it's not something CBD can touch. Some swear by it though.

The cream that you apply locally does have a good effect on pain for a short time.

A buddy of mine uses it daily for aches and pains and swears by it. Non drug user, late 30s, but lots of minor lingering aches and pains from sports injuries. Says it also helps him sleep.

Try the high potency full spectrum Lazarus oil. Has just enough thc to let you know it’s working.

Ben Greenfield say since unregulated need to only buy from proven suppliers. He has a list on his site of approved suppliers.

He's likely right. Buying off the internet is pretty much a crap shoot unless you have something to back up the store's legitimacy. I got mine from a local store so I suppose that's about as far as you can go to insure you're getting the real stuff. It's expensive - a pretty small bottle of the "strong" stuff is around $100. The cream is in the same price ballpark.

Not sure about using it for pain or anxiety. But it has helped me sleep the few times I’ve tried it. I have often struggled to sleep through the night especially when I’m traveling for work. It’s got nothing on the real stuff though

I have some stuff with Delta-8 THC in it and it does the trick. Like the stuff I had back in the day but it doesn't make you stupid.

If you are mainly having problems with sleep and anxiety talk to your doctor about the below drug. It helped me a lot. I was having minor sinus type headaches and not sleeping that well at night. Finally got hooked up with a neurologist and he said the headaches were migraines probably from anxiety. He put me on 25/mg of Amitriptyline which is an old drug for depression. The dr said its not even prescribed for depression anymore but is used for its side benefits. It did wonders for my sleeping and no more migraines. It felt like it took a little edge off during the day but by no means made me feel different.

First of the year I got off it just to see how I would do and the migraines have not returned but my sleep is not as good. I have an appt with my regularly dr in April and I'm going to see if he will put me back on it. It's a cheap drug and certainly cheaper than CBD oil. A very safe drug and not habit forming.

Try different strands of Mary J till you find one you like. Cheaper and way better. That's my advice since you got your card. Smoke way less of it in a sitting and you won't get the munchies or feel lazy. Don't overdue it. #1 rule everyone breaks with bud.

Acquaintance of mine takes it for some stress syndrome of his to help him relax. He shared it with a friend of mine who took it to relax (but had no syndrome) on a weekend. The friend got random tested at work on Monday and lost his job. It was not supposed to have any thc but apparently had trace amounts.

I'm not sure how they tested but the company nurse could tell that is was a minute amount but it didn't matter. So, if your work place does random testing, be extra careful.

And no, I am not either of the people involved in the event but I am good friends with the one that lost his job.

Same here. What I have tried didn't work and I wish it did. I use a small daily dose with an additive that prevents me from taking any other similar meds. If I tried something like oxycotin from another doc or other ways it would make me violently ill. Pain scripts are a pain in the *** and the new requirements only make it difficult on those of us who play by the rules, not the illegal users.

Injections work for a few months. Medical weed might be a possible if I could find a small edible dosage. I don't do so well the usual way and that kept me from doing much of that in my wilder days or considering getting a script. "I tried several pain meds before I found the very few that work for me either doing their job or not giving me adverse effects.

I truly wish I could either cut the receptors or find a non-narcotic. No one will give me life insurance even though I have titrated my med to a very small twice a day dose. 17ing oxycotiin epidemic really screwed things up.

D8 stuff is legit good, and as an added bonus it is legal in many places that regular D9 is not.

Yep. I can get it here in Alabama where normal reefers make baby Jesus cry. But feel free to visit any of the government owned liquor stores.

Same, my lower back is a mess and I was hoping it would help that since pain meds don’t touch it. I tried the cheap stuff from the tobacco store that I get my cigars from but it did nothing, bought some of the expensive stuff online, like $125 for 3oz, it did nothing. I’m hoping some of the edibles will help some when available. I’ve smoked the good stuff and even it doesn’t affect the pain, but does aid sleep. I’m starting to wonder if there isn’t something wrong with my dopamine receptors because I get no relief from stuff that should at least offer a little help.

It helped me with the constant pain from two arthritic knees having to carry my 65 year old fat *** all day. Didn’t eliminate the pain but at night it eased it enough where I could sleep. I used the oil under the tongue and gummies.

I have the same lower back degenerative disk disease. Going on almost 30 years (since I was a teen.) Percocet & Flexeril 3 x a day. Does absolutely nothing back make life somewhat livable. I can take 2 of each on a bad day and I don’t even know I’ve taken them. I’ve tried cycling off onto other things, but when I come back, it doesn’t take a few days before my body says “Oh yeah, we’re used to this stuff. No help for you!”

Ive tried CBD on several occasions. Even the potent expensive stuff. Nothing. I did have a lady at a CBD store in Huntsville tell me that you should microdose it and keep
up with how much you’ve taken until you feel the relief. Like a drop every 30 minutes instead of a dropper full at the time. She said it was like a bell curve, too much or too little had almost no effect. You had to find what was right for your body. I never found it.

I’m hoping for the same as you. Edibles to sleep easier. I don’t know if my pain management and the state is going to get on board though. They already piss test me 3 x per year. And I have to go to the doc every 2 months for scripts. It’s such crap. An expensive visit and an expensive test and half the time we talk about cars the whole visit of 5 minutes.
