In case you haven’t heard, most places commonly used for fighting heart disease have been closed. But don’t worry, we don’t have to let the nation’s deadliest disease take us out.**

If you are confined to the house and Like myself don’t have any exercise equipment or what you have is too rusted to be used or buried deeply beneath piles of 3x clothes, here is something you can do to stay active while we ride this thing out.

I have no clue if it’s realistic, that’s a lot of improvement in 7 weeks, but it’s something to do to stay active or start being active. It has a formula to follow for all fitness levels, even people who can do less than 5 pushups.

I’m taking Dr Oz advice to just have more sex.... just trying to get my wife to follow the same advice.

I don't know if it was the same one, but I did a similar 100 push-ups in 6 weeks plan. I found that it was harder on my joints than my muscles. You might be better off stretching this out over a longer period of time.
