I didn't go last yr. But there was a heated debate between fans and security back in 2013. Ncaa website said it was cool. Td Ameritrade security didnt like it and picked on mostly kids. Any word for 2019?

It seems like that rule is almost specifically worded to exclude the whistlers, otherwise it would say "no noisemakers" like pretty much every other stadium policy.

I wish you were right but have my doubts. I'm not aware of any stadium that bans naturally made noises such as screaming, yelling, or whistling. Looks like they're just talking about your good old referee whistle.

No, I read it to say no WHISTLES. Using his mouth and fingers isn't using a whistle. He could be covered under some rule about being obnoxious I would think.

And I read it to say "disruptive noise making of any kind." It definitely gives them an option, now whether they exercise that option is another question.
It also says at the bottom if your conduct is "disruptive" they have the right to remove you.

I always thought of cowbells as a way to help our home field advantage to compete w UTenn in the 80s, or aTm or bama now, that had 30-40k more fans than we could hold in the stadium.
Doesn't compute for omaha , and we certainly don't want to be like the whistler.
Just my opinion , hailstate

ESPN has confronted the whistlers on their ESPN broadcasts in the past, about ruining their broadcasts, but nothing ever came out of it. I don't think the policy would interpret non-artificial whistling as disruptive conduct. Although I would and many opposing team fans would. I think the only actual problem they have gotten into is any confrontational disruptive conduct with another fan, and sitting in seats that they didn't pay for. I think when they do that, they do it to get closer to the ESPN mikes, the opposing fans, or both.
