UK at Bama Game Thread! Go Cats!

[IowaMuse5]

Dribbling is not a strength of this team.

[UKortho]

TP has 4 steals and no turnovers

That’s awesome!

[JimboBBN]

We are losing this game. Bama isn’t taking it. Get it together boys

[oldsports_]

• A shooting foul can occur at any point during the upward shooting motion

Who are you Mr 37 post?

[BC_Wader]

Keep your head in the game Amari. You're a major reason why we're in this game. Maybe THE reason.

[ala_kat2]

Have we hit a 3 this half

Yes Brea

[ck-2]

If Garrison is in coming out of this timeout I’m going to scream.

[CrazyCat74]

Dribbling is not a strength of this team.

Dribbling and layups

[tls]

Amari trying to do too much.

OO just not gonna turn it around tonite

[*CatinIL*]

UGH! Dribbles it out of bounds.

[CatFanInIlliniLand_rivals116236]

Ughhh we almost have to play perfect and this ain’t it

[megablue]

We need to set a back screen on the elbow when Williams has the ball up high … then he can go rack !!

[BlueWorldOrder74]

I’ll say again after that two minute stretch of buffoonery. This is the dumbest ******* team I’ve ever watched play the game of basketball. Stupidity at every turn. Easily should be winning this game.

[ukwildcat2004]

Damn guys, do younot realize the game today allows much more contact than a couple of years ago. Each team have committed fouls based on two years ago but not in today's game. It works for both teams.

Nah. Bama is getting to play way more physical than we are. Hell we can't even get that whistle at home. You can head to the bama board anytime you want.

[NociHTTP]

Can we stop doin 1v1 basketball on offense?

That's on Pope, he needs to recognize what's happening. Explains why Oweh has played so much today.

[true-blue1]

Bad Turnover.

[FiveStarCat]

Both our games against Bama have been so winnable. So frustrating

[ala_kat2]

Dribbling is not a strength of this team.

I guess that’s why they dribble so much. Yes, I agree with you.

[BC_Wader]

For as good as this UK team has been this year they sure do give us a lot of WTF moments

I for one am impressed where we are without Butler and Robinson.

[jpuk974]

Please ESPN, no more Jimmy Dykes please. Games are getting hard to watch with him between the Mike.

[Digger-Cat]

Say what?

[HenryMuto]

Just keep it close so we have a chance to win it in the end.

I would gladly take down 2 with 15 secs left and a 3 ball at the buzzer for a win or a loss.

[ck-2]

I’d love to see at least one possession where we change defenses.

[WestKyCatFan58]

We are better offensively with perry in tonight

[TriCountyCAT]

2 point Oweh, 0 points AA, Noah

[Yardeth]

Our players are getting frustrated not getting the same calls. Williams looks like he is about to cry, and I think Oweh will foul out within the next 5 minutes.

[megablue]

Both our games against Bama have been so winnable. So frustrating

You are right !! ^^^

[Big BlueBeard]

We’re in this. Hit a few 3’s and we may walk outta here happy.

[hotelblue]

if oweh finish even 25% of his drives he’d probably have his 10 points. he was more out of control this game than any, and that’s saying something.

[ala_kat2]

Oweh will not pass the ball as he only looks to drive it.

[NociHTTP]

Hurted?

[Kywildcat_nation28]

You fat?

I can give u my address if u want to meet

[fatguy87]

The Williams foul/TO are frustrating, but they are mistakes we have to live with. Williams is integral to the offense and will get a TO from time to due to trying to make a play. That responsibility has been thrust upon him out of necessity. I’m elated it went out and wasn’t transmuted into a transition opportunity

[anon1751545683]

There’s a reason these guys are 5th year in college.

But they could at least play smart.

[TheBlueMist]

This game might as well be an episode of Benny Hill.

[megablue]

I for one am impressed where we are without Butler and Robinson.

Yes … utilizing three (3) Freshmen

[The_Catfather]

Win or lose, our defense is getting better. It's never going to be shutdown, but it's improving. Bama's gotten 8-10 points off ******** fouls. Get Butler and Robinson back and I like my team.

[ManitouDan_anon]

That's on Pope, he needs to recognize what's happening. Explains why Oweh has played so much today.

Yeah because we have so many good choices to turn to ??? Get off Pope , that's totally uncalled for

[CrazyCat74]

Noah is going to have to make some adjustments to being guarded tighter..

Teams are gonna be in his grill, he's going to have to figure out how to get open or use spacing better to get shots up.
