It is to high school kids who these coaches are recruiting. And it is when you look at every member of Duke's coaching staff being under 34 years old.
Which can also work against them because as a staff they have a combined 2 years of head coaching experience and that was at Elon with a losing record. They better make sure kids develop because if kids, parents, handlers, etc realize that the staff isn't developing the talent or helping them "reach their dreams" because of that youthful inexperience then the top recruits will go elsewhere and it won't take long for the to do so.

I saw someone mention Tyler Ulis. Would he be a good recruiter?
I do know he sure could help / teach our guards particularly the pgs.
That dude had the bball iq, tough competitor and nerves of steel.

And you consider 50 to be old, lol? I mean when I was like 10 I probably would have considered someone that was 50 to be old.

50 ain't young. I remember going to my 25th high school reunion. (43) At some point, we played an unscheduled pick-up game for which I wore street shoes. Standard game. To 10. Win by 2. That game would nevvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvver end. Believe me: youth had ended many years prior to that game.

When we passed 65 i joked with my wife, "65 is the new 64".

@ralphdaltonfan should apply. Get the job. And still continue to give all of us here on Rupp Rafters the inside scoop of inside scoops.
Thanks. Much appreciated.
