Kyle Tucker is backtracking now but he seemed to let it slip it's Kansas.
Yeah I think Kyle might have had one too many while watching the NFL draft and popped off with some truth. He already went after Self for that asinine quote yesterday so it certainly seems he got intel and leaked it. He clearly has a relationship now with Baylor’s agent.

Missing on these players is getting old.I doubt Cal adds anyone else now.

The agent must of told him something and he let it slip early, I was really wanting the kid here but I guess now Kentucky is going to have to find somebody else
I don't know who it will be.Can't think of any transfer the Cats are in good with right now and the May 1 deadline is coming up.

The only one I have seen them mentioned with is Baldwin jr and I don’t know if he returns or not I doubt it

Your username is pretty ironic for someone so quick to jump to conclusions. lol.
You might me right, but if I were you I'd save the freakout for if/when we actually lose the kid.
Or at least 'til there's some more clear chatter pointing one way.

I have said numerous times my name is a joke and not freaking out, the point of the board is to post stuff about Kentucky. Tucker isn’t the only one hinting at this, and there are a lot on here who are way worse than me about things

But Cal does have this weird habit recently of not using his bench.

PG - Wheeler/Wallace
SG - Wallace/CJ
SF - Livingston/Reeves
PF - Brooks/Collins/Toppin
C - Oscar/Ware

Add in Baylor, and I have a feeling a few of these guys won't see time, unless Cal makes this adjustment.
In no scenario would I have Brooks starting. Now, Cal definitely will and it’s incomprehensible as to why. Surely you don’t think he “should” start, right? 🤔

The lesson in this is that the Sharpe stuff screwed us in back-to-back seasons. Think about that and let it set in.

We're going to be a player short this season, just like we were in so many recent seasons. We'll have almost no wing depth, and guys like Livingston and even Brooks will be playing out of position as a result.

We'll have wasted a second season from a NPOY because we don't have enough guys in the halfcourt who can create their own shot.

Livingston will either start or get starters minutes, the only reason Collins didn’t was he was literally the rawest 5* of the Cal era. You realize Cal started “the dragon” over Quickley right?
I'll come back on here and eat all the crow you want to dish out if Chris Livingston averages over 30 mins per game....I.E. "Starters minutes."

Respectfully disagree….Toppin can’t shoot and it appears Cal FINALLY has gotten the memo that Wheeler and Oscar HAVE to be surrounded by shooters or the offense won’t work. Think Livingston starts at PF but the great thing is we will see how it all plays out!
I don't think Cal has gotten that memo at all. Are they in on any stretch 4s? Toppin's not a "shooter" but I think he can keep defenses honest with his shot and he's far and away the best and most versatile defender UK currently has. I think Cal will bring in 2 more pieces - a wing and a guard. Livingston isn't a shooter either so I'm not sure what putting him at the 4 would do.....Cal typically plays guys like Livingston at the 3 and considering he has Toppin and Collins to get on the court and they both can realistically only play the 4 - I think those are your PFs most of the year barring an injury. Oscar, Toppin, Reeves (or better transfer), Wallace and Wheeler will be your starters. Wallace will play the Washington role and be utilized at PG when Wheeler needs a break or is inevitably injured or the offense needs a boost.

Every UK fan should be way past the "give Brooks the benefit of the doubt" point. He has displayed what he is time and again...an elite athlete who is mentally soft. If Brooks could get a drop of MKGs killer mentality, he would be a top 5 pick in the NBA. It's not who he is, and he will never be that guy.

Agreed. I’m not even sure he’s an elite athlete. He gets off the floor well. That’s about it.

Dude, shouldn't you be more concerned with that **** roster your team has? BHH ain't the one.

I legit have no clue what Huntley-Hatfield has to do with the price of eggs of China. What are we talking about here?

Because you are flat out obsessed with UK and who will start, and who will be a stretch 4, blah, blah, blah. You're an annoying *** and should be more worried about upgrading that terrible UL roster. But you can't help yourself.

It’s April…. You think the roster is set? I highly doubt we start the season with less than 11 scholarship players on the team. This roster isn’t set

Give me a break. The guy is literally a Kansas fan so that put all other teams behind the 8 ball anyways to start. You add in KU can guarantee a starting spot and UK won't do that (which I agree with, everyone should have to earn it), then this ending is not a surprise. The guy also seems full of himself as well as his agent....not sure he is going to be the best teammate. He seems all about himself.

he's not coming to UK, it will be either Kansas or Duke
Kentucky has a better shot than duke, it either Kentucky or Kansas, if the scholarship problem comes up at Kansas then Kentucky has a really good shot, if not than Kansas is getting both he and Mosley probably is they can find a way to make it work scholarship wise

Everything about him is Slllooowwww! He is a good shooter, but can he guard? Does he need the ball in his hands to make plays?

All I see is that he can hit an open shot. Call me a skeptic.
He reminds me of a 2 inch shorter Drew Timme. It's not just the headband either. He's got a slower, more deliberate, fundamentals based game. The only issue is, he's 6'6". I believe his game can translate though.

He used the word "when" to imply how dumb of a statement Self made because the kid is a transfer. Not that he's actually going smh

Not sure what is funny about that comment.
The funny part is how incredible it is that our fans take everything so literal. Majority of you still haven't figured out how to understand what cal means.

Cal wouldn't play Allen
He's gonna feel silly when WKU wins the title next year.... See how that works

Everytime Allen has a double digit scoring game at WKU I can already see the faux outrage on here by his fan club.

I agree with you that Tucker may have let it slip and was backtracking though.
