-Stopped by my recently deceased uncle's house today. Parents are responsible for cleaning up and selling. So strange, as kids we all worshiped this place. Thought it was massive, had a cool grown up bar, pool table, Coke and Jack Daniel's memorabilia everywhere, inground pool. Went today, the place smelled like smoke so bad I wanted to shove mints up my nose. The house was so much smaller than I remembered. The memorabilia most likely came from truck shops. Odd experience after 30 years.

I'm relatively certain that 95% of people in the creative content side of advertising are hipster weirdos living in Brooklyn. Talk about not representing who you are selling to. And now that they're focused on increasing diversity, all it means is that instead of just white hipster weirdos in advertising, you now have their black, Asian and Indian weird hipster friends that go to the same places, do the same things, and like the same stuff.
