Enjoyed some cold ones with my older Gen X buddy tonight. Then he talked about the last two nightcaps being useful for helping him sleep through the arthritic pain in his left knee and I was instantly returned to the sad realities of life.

The verdict yesterday was very predictable. Drunk driving isn’t taken seriously in this state. Never has been… and never will be as long as people continue to have the “boys will be boys”, “shew wee I’m glad they didn’t get me back in the day” and “let’s not mess up his life by actually punishing him” attitude toward it.
The Jessamine County Sheriff was just driving around hammered…drinking bourbon…in a police car… and got a slap on the wrist.

I hate drunk driving and agree that there should be harsher punishments for driving drunk. I won't even have more than 2 drinks unless I know I'm not going anywhere for multiple hours.

-First replacement name is 70 miles up the road with Fickell, right? Has deep ties to Ohio. *I'm kinda "meh" on Brown. That's an entire change in philosophy and he's not exactly crushed it at WVU. That said, I don't think this is Stoops time to bolt. Mitch gets it done, moves him into the top 5 paid coaches and announces major renovations.

I always hear the FSU talk but he was only their 2.5 years. I figure he's made more connections here than he did down there. I suppose they can become a power again, but it's hard to say. The only thing that worries me is didn't Chantel move back to Florida with the kids after the divorce? That could be a factor. I think UK keeps him though.
When EA Sports/Madden removes Gruden from their game, it’s just further proof the world is run by beta cucks. I’m sure a bunch of marketing dorks are doing an analysis that says his inclusion presents more risk than reward, but sometimes you’ve got to have the balls to weather the whole week of media firestorm and wait it out until everyone completely forgets the entire ordeal.
