Anfernee,

You might want to follow these guys. I assume they'll be filing a federal lawsuit seeking a temporary injunction today or next week, depending on long it takes for their lawyers to draft the complaint and motion.

For anyone even contemplating going to law school, there will be a lot of lawyers working 20+ hours this weekend when they thought they were going to get to watch some football and see the family.

And billed at $1,000+ an hour. They’ll survive.

Blackjacket Symphony absolutely crushed the Pink Floyd show last night. The Wall was incredible. Another show tonight at the opera house. Highly recommend.

Tony’s pregame. Food was great but man they raised their prices. Sir Barton went from $42 to $58. Thanks Biden.

At the end of the day over half of the country will be fine with it because

a.) they got the vaccine already

b.) they personally think everyone should take the vaccine

Plenty of republicans and democrats alike that fit into one of those two groups

I remember when pregaming for a concert meant crushing as many cheap domestos and bong rips as you could while still able to maintain *just* enough balance to get past security. Now, a steak dinner and bottle of wine to get tuned up sounds more appealing. Eff getting old.

Perfect football weather this morning 🥰 . How’s the outdoor setup coming along at the super secret tailgate spot?

Pitt with those sweet road unis is walking out of Neyland with a 'w' tomorrow folks. Vol postgame show meltdown should be extry spicy.

Another sign of feeling old - 30th anniversary of the Black Album released today. Tons of live gems on the iTunes/Spotify album if that's your jam.

Only person I'll still have respect for after learning their favorite drink is a vodka cranberry is Big Dog.

Someone at my work space just recently said they aren’t getting the vaccine because Fauci’s wife is in charge of approving them at the NIH.

- If there's anything Americans should learn* from this pandemic, it's that elections have consequences, at every level of government.

- As cool as it is occasionally to find out a recruit's choice at their press conference, I kinda like it when tea leaves start making it clear what's happening...Nick Smith canceling his Kentucky visit=Cason Wallace, Chris Livingston canceling his Memphis visit, etc. More of a baller move when the puzzle is completed before it's even made official.

- Nice bounceback for the Big 12, basketball-wise. WVU/Cincy should be a nice conference rivalry.

- I wasn't smart enough to *get* the original "Matrix" movie. Didn't even bother with the sequels. And since Keanu is going with the same haircut, the new one just looks like "John Wick with Superpowers".

So I’m vaccinated. Co-worker with whom I’ve had interactions with this week tested positive. He was also vaccinated. What are next steps? Supposed to go to LA tomorrow and Texas Monday.

You don’t have to get the biggest steak on the menu and gluttonously stuff yourself before a concert. Laid down a nice base.

That’ll keep you going for the show, come on it’s time to go.

My understanding is they are being mandated but not under the executive order, fwiw.

Also, fwiw, I’m not a fan of this whole deal and am curious about the thinking behind it.
My understanding is that our president is a few cards short of a full deck, and that this action will cause far more harm than good all things considered.

- 83% of the money is coming in on the Cats.

- This weather is surreal proving September is the golf standard month in Kentucky.

- I don’t agree with government mandates but I’m flat out losing any and all patience and or sympathy for those who don’t get vaccinated. Eventually once we get enough of the population vaccinated the healthcare system can take on Delta or future variants like we do with the flu.
We will likely have a Corona season indefinitely. The issue is we have too many unvaccinated right now and they’re fng up the healthcare system so we can’t treat it like we do with flu like #’s. It’s overrun. My wife is working insane hours. Vaccinated people who have pressing health issues are being put aside. This isn’t just in rural America or impoverished urban areas. It’s getting real in suburbia. I know of 2 healthy, young people who refused to get vaxxed and they’re in dire straights and on ventilators. I hear crazy stories from my wife.

GET VACCINATED. There’s no excuse not to unless your physician says you shouldn’t because of a medical condition .It’s not political it’s about medical data and being responsible. Yes, this damn virus will probably always be around but once enough people subscribe to common sense and get fully vaccinated the #’s will go way down, we can treat it like the flu and move on with our lives.

* From that FAKE NEWS MEDIA/Enemy of the People liberal rag Fox News...

A Washington Post reporter on Thursday night corrected a report claiming that U.S. Postal Service workers – a group of about 650,000 people – would be exempt from President Biden’s executive order calling for federal employees to be vaccinated against the coronavirus.

"JUST IN: White House official now says USPS workers ARE part of the federal vaccine mandate order under OSHA jurisdiction, though technically not under the executive order," Post reporter Jacob Bogage wrote on Twitter.

* 73 --> I think your best bet is just to go on with your life and your career and not worry about a damn thing. Believe in science, my friend. If someone is worried about getting sick, they just need a shot to clear up any concerns. Pretty simple.

No clue how they regularly do this before a night out on the town. Steak Dinner postgame activity = couch, imo.

Perfect on the final night of a trip, but otherwise for the birds imo.
I don't, I just crash. About 30 seconds after the bill is delivered I'm ready to get an uber straight to my couch. I don't even know the last time I went out after dinner. Has to be a few years but a steak dinner before a concert? That sounds awful. I'm still thinking about how I can wear sweat pants to a steak house again like I did in Montana.

Well we also didn’t get the usual 500 apps, salad, seafood tower and 2-3 bottles of wine.

Or, if you're vaccinated, who cares if other people stupidly put their own health at peril?

The proselytizing and the preaching to people who don't want to be told how to live their lives (as stupid as they may be) is absolutely obnoxious.

People just need to STFU about COVID and move on. Get vaccinated, get intubated, I really don't care. Just talk about anything else.

For about the 100th time, everyone I know in GYERO has been vaccinated. No one here is anti-vax. JFC.
