I don't know, pretty dope knowing we've never had to mandate any form of medical procedure as a family owned business and now we will... and there's a really good chance that it costs us 40-50% of our employees to direct competition that don't have the same rules.

But sleep well... especially if you're a USPS union employee.

Can you get around it based on the fact that each of your locations has less than 100 employees? Similar to how all of those big guys got federal money back in the day because they claimed each individual franchise instead of overall employees?

The horseshit isn't even in writing and I hope it gets tied up because there's no chance it's constitutional. But if not I'm not really sure what'll happen.

If you think they'll be able to enforce this you'll be quite surprised.

My brother, catchaser, has a pretty good story involving a high school golf match, hand guns, and other threats of violence. Monroe County, man.
In fairness to Monroe county, it was a gaf from Adair county who threatened to get his gun from his golf bag and shoot my 6’5’’ 230lbs golf/Bball teammate (who is now a middle school principal in central, ky).

He thought better of it when my guy walked up to him - within an inch of his face - and told him, “you better have a gun, little boy”.

A bluff I would’ve been unwilling to call as an unarmed 16 year old on a golf course.

Accusations of cheating on hole number 8 of a 9 hole match.......as we were all limping in for a smooth 48 or so (prolly looking at 7th or 8th on our own team in a match that took the top 4 scores from each team).

Think my bud had a double and the other guy thought he had a triple.

It is a good day to have 99 employees or less, I guess.

OSHA goes off of federal tax ID iirc. An individual franchise would have their own ID # and those are typically small to medium-ish operations. You can get creative on employee count by location with workers comp but not OSHA. And for Wayne, OSHA is incredibly efficient at enforcement on the 100-500 employee range. Now whether this stands up to the legal challenge who the hell knows any more. No clue how they are going to defend the decision to just exempt 600k USPS employees because their union said nah.

I'm as pro-vax as they come but would have preferred they mandated this through air travel, fed employees, access to federal prop, etc. Throwing the responsibility on businesses is just strange

The loophole is testing, right? Is OSHA going to stand over each company and watch them test?
They will just ask for your records like they do now for other ****. Audit, missing this test, 14k(x). So in addition to losing the employees that can jump to company with 98 employees you have to hire a couple record keepers to keep up with the OSHA paperwork.

Also, you can't just walk in and test right now. So...

Enough about OSHA though...

I'm halfway through a bottle of wine and trying to convince myself that we beat Mizzou. Confidence in UKFB is always a nut punch in the end. I also really don't like all they hype on Levis. Obviously love the arm but those 5 - 10 yard throws how you convert on 3rd downs. CRod better get 25-30 carries.

The good news? While talking to Mrs. MCF last weekend about me going to the Mizzou game and needing to spend the night in Lex, she informed me that I would not be going because she hired a new babysitter and we were going to dinner Saturday. She was kind enough to schedule an early dinner and get a table at a place that I can watch the game so I guess that is a win...

Kinda like UK basketball going forward. Titles galore.

We all know my indifference toward golf ib general but the Ryder Cup is so awesome. Have loved it ever since my college roomie introduced it to me , getting up at 7am to start drinking on a cool October Friday.
