But, after a conviction, the burden of proof should no longer be on the victim. It allows for this type of thing. There is no reason for him to not offer $50M to make this go away. Much better to do that and have a shot at playing because someone will give him a shot now that he 'doesn't have a conviction'.
Prosecutors have been unable to locate Holder to issue her a subpoena, which would have compelled her to testify in the trial. Holder's civil attorney also has refused to assist prosecutors in locating his client.
