His career coaching experience is literally a low level assistant under Roy for 8 years and the UNC JV head coach.

I can almost quote him: "I went to North Carolina - North Carolina - but I've never seen anything like this!"

I said when Roy announced they would keep it in the family. Dean was like a nice mob boss.
If I'm a UNC fan, this does not get me excited one bit. Maybe it will work out fine. He's certainly well versed in the "Carolina Way". 
Mob bosses didn't make their people go to class either ? How in the world did they learn all those millions of dollars that the mob brought in every year if they didn't go to class ?
