I loved the way they opened the floor with their only big man at the head of the foul circle . No two bigs clogging the middle .
To be fair, Loyola could beat a lot of teams. Props to them.
But not every subject needs the chime ins.

Not only were were not one of the 68 best teams....we weren't close. If magically dropped into the tournament, we might have been able to "sneak up" and beat one of the surprise conference tourney champs (auto-bids)....a sad statement for a proud UK program. But otherwise, the 2020-2021 Cats were the dog's breakfast dressed in checkerboard UK blue. Not a pretty sight.
We better shore up that recruiting, player development, multi-year retention, pre-game planning and in-game adjustments..... or it could be more of the same next year.
