Some of them, for sure. I think both sides need to distance themselves from the lunatic fringes. Most people in this country reside in a middle 60% (or so) that wants some common ground.
I'm not sure how to phrase this as I believe the ability to protest is a good thing. Having some kind of 'protest reform' would help.

There is no reason why radical protestors should be able to camp out in front of the houses of politicians, judges, etc.. We all know that is just a form of intimidation and in a place like DC it shouldn't exist. And in a place that votes 95% one way it leads to an imbalance in decisions IMO. For important issues.

And while they are at it, limit access to the Capitol. Make appointments, limit amount in groups among other things. Tours, business or there to see your Representative. Keep the protesting outside so we don't have what happened Wednesday(which is a totally different animal) or what happened during the Kavanaugh hearings.

WTF are you talking about. They do limit access to the Capitol and in fact due to COVID are not letting any tourists in now. Those people got in last week because they busted their way in.

Also, there are first amendment (freedom of assembly) issues with limiting protests in the ways you mention.

Chief's a traitorous piece of ****. He and a mouthbreather friend were just recently expressing hope that the fight continues and Trump stays in office. Something about the "17 plan."

Don't forget that nuance.
You seem to throw the term traitor around a lot recently. And you haven't used it correctly once.

As for that guy, he is a nut and I just got out of the conversation by agreeing with him. Even told him I don't see it happening(whatever his 17 plan is). Pretty clear situation if you had open eyes.

That’s not yoda, it’s grogu. There are the same species.

Mandalorian takes place after Jedi but between the force awakens.

That didn’t explain why Anneken’s apprentice was a huge role in season 1 though. That didn’t make any sense to me, and I had to watch cartoons to learn about her.

Reminder: An insurrection on the nations capitol, in which numerous people went in with the intention of taking nations leaders hostage or worse, incited by the lies of a megalomaniac president IS worse than people burning down a police precinct because a cop murdered someone.

I think homes and families should be off-limits, but you get into muddy waters when talking about limits on peaceful protest in public places, especially at the Capitol.

What would be your criteria? He won a SBowl as a player, assistant coach and two as head coach?

That feels pretty solid when you see it typed out. For some reason, though, when I see his name, I don't think "Hall of Fame."

We need one or two more viable political parties (probably fantasy land). The system was never designed to have just two. It has promoted group think and a climate which panders to the fringes of its base.

Ok, but make sense of that then.

Anneken slaughtered the young Jedi’s, but that was the only one to survive? Right?

But in season 1, Anneken’s apprentice helped the Mando negotiate.

Then 9 chapters later grown *** Luke is there to save the only Jedi not killed when Anneken turned into Darth Vader?

Timeline is off, somehow, but I understand that was Hammil so.

A page with this much Chief is like that episode of Breaking Bad where they spend the whole episode trying to catch a fly.
Sorry I interrupted all the riveting sports discussion from noon on. Pretty easy to scroll on by and get to those 🔥sports takes today.

Grogu was not in the class of apprentices that Anneken slaughtered.

My run club had a 6 mile race this morning in a neighboring parish, basically our version of Bullitt County.

Afterwards we went to the favorite local dive bar for “Sunday mass.” 10am and the place is packed. Masks were basically illegal. Old men ripping Jack Daniels shots. Bartenders are hammered. Everyone’s a regular and they’re only ringing up half our drinks. 10-to-1 male/female. Average age 60+. Parish President walks in buys the house a round. Budweiser rep does the same. Golf pro does as well.

Just felt like the good ole days. Home by 1 and heavily intoxicated. Spent < $10. Just now coming down off my buzz.
