Everyone already did this topic - but beloved Meemommie, who’s 89 and recently had a stroke and is now rendered to 24hr supervision & unable to do anything herself, all but told us to Die Inside of A Fire when we heavily suggested that (which is 95% her last) Thanksgiving should probably be “cancelled” or at least heavily modified.

She’s struggling to sustain any real meaningful conversations after a sentence at this point of recovery, but according to those in attendance she straight snapped into full cognitive state when that was brought up, and went on a 5 minute rant complete with unfortunate and true justifications - and I believe it.

Thanksgiving it is.

Is it a day of the week that ends in Y?

Moved 17th pick to OKC for Rubio, 25, and 28. Why not take some fliers at the end of the first. Praying to hit on one.

Sutton could very well get his name called in the 2nd round. If not, he's appatently gotten assurances he'll be signed to FA deal.

Happy for the kid and hope it works out. His Pops was a nervous wreck at work today.

Not trying to flame but in a John Clay piece the other day he stated Cal hasn’t signed a 5 star since 2015. Is that accurate? Good grief.

Sutton won't get drafted but I guarantee he has more career NBA games than Nwora. If Nwora had Sutton's fire, he would already be in the league.

We're 8 gd months into this f'ing thing, and there's not a single reliable leader in sight. You've got one side that's dominated by denial-pushing idiots who refuse to acknowledge there's a major public health crisis, and another side hellbent on shutting down an entire economy and having 375 million people sucking on the government teet.

What an epic f'ing failure of leadership. If there's a single person in a position of power who has the balls or foresight to actually admit that this thing is here to stay for a long time, and we need to strategically change our way of living not to hide from it, and not to deny it, but to recognize it's risks and live WITH and AROUND it, then I'd love to know who that patriot is.

F everyone. Basically.

I mean he isn't the most politically correct guy ever but pretty sure that was Trump...

He wouldn't admit it was going to be around for a long time but I think that was more for the publics best interest. Hell we couldn't even buy toilet paper for 2 months, could you imagine if he told the truth what would have happened?

He was right about vaccine too.

Lebron got blasted by the media because he called himself "The King" and was anointed as "The Chosen One" all before he played his first game. He also was the first to start the super teams crap.

Giannis outside of not making a finals yet hasn't really rocked the boats.

Actually iI’m was KG, Pierce and Ray Allen that started it.

I knew it was outrageous, ergo the post. Not a recruiting ball and I measure success the old fashioned way, I guess. Final Fours and Titles.

Not sure if you’ve caught wind of this lately around the ole water cooler, but our recruiting classes are typically pretty highly regarded.

Please keep this in the HOB.

I’ll take that bet for as much as you want up to $2000

Sutton is terrible. He’s Ravi Moss with a few inches - hardworking blue collar player & great teammate. Or a poor man’s Liggins. Sorry, Bernie.

Nwora dominated the combine shooting drills & is a sneaky great athlete with size. He’s a *****, but gifted.

I'm not a gambler so let's make it $100.

Nwora is a *****. Of course he dominated combine shooting drills. There was no D. And Sutton isn't terrible. He's not great but he has shot. Team Bernie on this one.
