I saw Grant Cardone in person seven or eight years ago. The car dealership I sold at was using his videos and he spoke here and they sent me and a few others. Complete nutjob. He bragged about leaving the hospital with his newborn child the same day because "my baby's immune system is the same as my wife's, and it's accustomed to our house, not a hospital."

Also bragged about teaching his child to swim in a single day before the child was 2. "I just put her in the pool and let her sink until she figured it out. We naturally rely on our instincts when nobody babies us. We know how to swim instinctively."

At every session break he was at his book table selling like a mofo. Pushing hard, making fun of guys and telling them they were happy being broke if they tried not to buy. All the salesmen ate that **** up.

My first interview for a real job was a phone call I didn't expect around 10:30 AM on a Friday at the end of my senior year of college... the call of course woke me up and I mistakenly answered it.

And downhill from there. The point of this is that I'm pretty sure I went on to answer every question about as poorly as Edwards did in his interview. Even tripped up on the "provide a time where you didn't do well on an assignment and how did you learn from that" trap question.

"Took on too much on a team assignment because I had to cover for sick teammate."

So let's just chalk that up to inexperience and give Edwards a pass and a $8M/year salary.

Speaking of broccoli casserole, I’ve probably shared this before but back in my Lexington days I had a pretty healthy broccoli casserole habit. It got so crazy that I was having my dealer drop off an casserole dish at my work, which I would promptly head to the bathroom to eat half of it. But that wasn’t the worst part. I actually started picking my nose and kept my broccoli boogers in the freezer. I’d get a big ole collection of them and when I was out, or running low, I’d warm them up and chop them up into lines. Haven’t touched the stuff since 2002.

So you snorted broccoli casserole ? Sounds nasty. I mean I get snorting coke, but broccoli ? nah, fam. Plus, it is green, just like the boogers and snot, how do you tell it apart ? have a hard time believing this one, just does not pass the WCC smell test.

We can’t keep putting this all on the red, white & blue credit card. The long term fiscal damage is already immeasurable. The fed can never print enough to compensate for normal daily commerce.

Let those that want to go to restaurants and take the risk, go and spend money. Those that don’t feel comfortable, get takeout or stay home.
