As of right now I am doing nothing different. I am still working, attending church, plan to go see Whiskey Meyers Saturday night in Renfro Valley and then attend my daughters dance competition Sunday afternoon in Loserville.

My friends and I have tickets to the Masters golf tournament. I doubt that we will be going.

Washing my hands and using sanitizer even more than I used to, which has always been a habit of mine. Trying to stay away from crowds (cancelled our trip to Nashville before they even locked people out). Have a trip planned for the West Coast to visit family and friends coming up next week and now thinking about cancelling that as well. Trying to follow all the precautions that have been stated by our leaders and medical people but, really, that's not a whole lot different from what I normally did in the past except for the staying away from crowds.

in your daily activities relative to the coronavirus? I'm retired and will try to stay away from crowds.
I am going to be asking my boss if I can work from home. 99% of my job is done on a computer or online, our phone system is VOIP and can be used through a computer or phone app. There's really no reason for me to ever have to leave the house to do my job.

My mother has diabetes. Told her she isn't allowed to leave her house anymore unless it's an emergency. If she needs something she can call me and ask me to drop it off or use some delivery service for food and groceries.

Now there's a name I haven't heard for awhile. They still have a show every Saturday night? How many years has that place been around?

Sick shaming anyone at work that coughs or sniffles.

I'm working from home the rest of the week because I was sick shamed yesterday for having a cold. I did fly back to Louisville for work last Friday night which was apparently around the time the Jeff Co case was also known to be in the airport. Better safe than sorry I guess since we have some older folks in the office, but I feel fine except for a cough and congestion.

I'm retired so I can hang at the house and not get out if I want.
But, been feeling kind of under the weather for the last week. Wife was over in Hawaii for about 10 days week before last. Met her daughter and her family from...Seattle. The grandson was sick. She was sick one day over there, and I started feeling it a few days after she got back. So......????
Her daughter called yesterday. Seattle is basically shut down and her hubby is doing 2 week Nat'l Guard duty so her and her 2 kids are coming in as soon as they can get flights and packed. So, if I don't have ________ from the Hawaii trip, I'll have it from the Seattle bunch :) :(

Going to be hunting for toilet paper since I had trouble finding some in what is apparently the most popular Krogers in the country yesterday.

We did go to a local Mexican restaurant last night and the waitress stood about 6-8 feet away from us when taking our order. We were laughing that they would throw our plates like a Frisbee from the kitchen door when it was ready. :joy:
Got Disney next week... I expect them to be announcing closing as were are driving there...

Making sure I have a new 90 day supply of blood pressure medicine in case it all goes to hell.
Know what you are saying about the blood pressure medicine. VA usually sends me a huge jar of it so I am good. I think common sense goes a long way. I always avoid crowds during flu season, don't get in anyones face, wash the **** out of your hands and use alcohol wipes on your face.

I think it started back in the 40's as a radio show but they did let all the local performers go a couple of years ago and cancelled the barndance shows. Now they only have concerts every weekend most of the year.

I'm in Belgium and have been in the UK, Austria and France over the last two weeks. Had Switzerland and Paris left before heading home next week, but changed flights and am on the way home tomorrow from London, getting into Denver at 10 pm local time (incoming connection is Charlotte, so pretty far in front of the 12 midnight "kick start" of the ban).

While here, just washing hands more, using napkins to serve myself at hotel breakfast buffets, and a bit more sanitizer than I use at home. Having been on planes, trains, Ubers, in eye clinics, at restaurants, and staying in multiple hotels with people from all over the world - I'm surprised I haven't somehow gotten the mess. People don't shake hands or do the EU "air kiss" - they just greet and stand at around 4-6 feet away. Lots of masks, but most people here seem to go about their normal lives.

Now in the discussion with the wife on whether the kids need to go to their grandparents' houses this weekend when I get home, just in case. I told my wife I could send a message to the kids' schools telling them I just got back from Europe, and then watch the admin panic and give the kids the rest of the year off!

You're doing the right thing. It's great your job allows you to work from home. Unfortunately my blue collar butt don't have that luxury. Haha kudos to you. Get well soon.

Put in cistern and filled with bleach. Reworked plumbing and hot water heater to get hot bleach running through faucets....

In all seriousness, wiping handles/knobs in house daily, much much more strict with kids and handwashing...lastly just being more cognisent of what I am doing. I was already a hand washer and borderline ocd so that isn't a problem for me personally.

More hand washing
Limiting public outings
Boss has us all working from home until further notice.

My biggest concern is my elderly parents and in-laws.

I’m taking a shower every time I poop. On average that’s about 4 showers a day. I’ve suspended all cell and land line phone calls, because I’m afraid the caller may breath into the phone. When I go outside I ‘m nude, so I can jump into the shower as soon as I get inside. I’ve spent 1,000 dollars on medications that help with viruses, I’m guessing some of them will help. I’m getting a massage everyday in my sauna while drinking Gatorade and messing around with my Chinese girlfriend that lives with me. I’m drinking electrolytes every time I poop, and after my shower. I’ve stopped wearing clothes, because I’m afraid they may be infected from being at the dry cleaners. I’m smoking more, because I believe it will sterilize the virus. I’m not allowing my dogs to go outside, because I’m afraid they might meet another dog that has an owner that has the virus. I’m only eating canned food that’s expired hoping it contains penicillin. I’ve covered my entire home in aluminum foil, and all members of my family wear tin foil caps. I’ve suspended all mail delivery to my home, and I refuse to take my trash out to the curb. I’m staying on RR and HOB 24 hours a day to get information from all the gloom and doom posters, so I can better prepare for tomorrow. I’m giving myself a facial and pedicure twice daily to detox my nails. I’ve shaved my head and body hair so the virus can’t cling to my skin. I’m blowing my nose every hour so the virus can’t cling to my nose hairs. I’m burning all my clothes on the front porch, while necked, and cleansing my body with the smoke. I’m taking my temperature every 5 minutes and emailing the results to my doctor. These are things I’m doing to assure I don’t get this virus. What precautions are you taking? If we share we can beat this thing and some of us will make it through to live another day.
