I am a UK fan and I do care about our program perception. Have you read me bad mouthing the university? The worst thing that I have said is that Mitch missed an opportunity.

Besides that, there are a lot of things I do at my job that aren't necessarily in my job description that I do for the betterment of my company.

I do agree that there are consequences for actions. 100%. But this guy is not without fault so there is an opportunity to make a bigger statement. And consequences could still be applied after the tete a tete.
