This didn't happen until we caught up and went ahead of Candy. They were all about the game when it looked like Candy was going to pull the upset.
So sick of their shtick, especially the Dike.

I agree with those above, CBS coverage is best. And they don't mess with weird TV camera shots and stupid splir screens like ESPN. ESPN just seems too gimmicky. Wish a classy competitor would come along and beat them out of the sports coverage business

Agreed. And Dywane Wade’s daughter being transgender and wanting to be called a pronoun instead of he/she is such sports worthy news. How we ever managed to get by without that type of sports journalism is beyond me...

ESPN has turned into the laughing stock of sports coverage and I, for one, hope their day comes where they are forced completely out of business. That day will never come since they are owned by Disney but still.

Not sure what started all of that, but it's most likely a by-product from the Bill Walton tie-dye western pot-smoking weed loving schtick that he uses successfully and with ESPN's endorsement to carry on during game action. I guess I don't mind too much because he never does a Kentucky game, but tonight reminded me of that and at one point of a few, they panned and stayed on Vandy coach Stackhouse while EJ was shooting--and thankfully--making his first free throw. Now that's a problem, when you start to miss game action. A stupid attempt to try to entertain beyond what the game brings as entertainment itself.

By and large, I like the announcers tonight, but really enjoy the insights of Dan Dakich and the insight and humor of Andy Kennedy--both are superb, and both are much better than Dick Vitale, who goes way beyond just being a game analyst. Bilas calling almost every Duke game is way too obvious that he prefers that and at times I think gives them an unfair advantage on what he says during reviews. Despite his veiled attempts to stay neutral, he is biased for Duke and should be calling different games. But, thanks to ESPN, we get to see great basketball, so, "Who's complaining?"

How is Missouri up four on LSU right now? Crazy game...

Don't forget the giant graphics hogging up a third of the screen while the game is in progress.

Had to laugh at Marty bragging about his wardrobe. He reminds me of that dude on the old green glass Mountain Dew bottles.

Its a shame that you actually have to turn the volume down to enjoy the game. With that said, it's great watching the kids take care of business
and not giving the espn crew the satisfaction of watching us lose.

ESPN is hot garbage anymore. It has been for quite awhile but their inane filler, constsnt liberal ********, flagrant agenda pushing of whatever be it Zion or whatever new outrage.....they jumped the shark.

Really wish someone would come along and do sports right and knock them out of business because their douche coverage blows.

Everything is ******* pointless.

Start here and realize that TV isn’t what you should be worrying about.

They need to get away from the concept of “entertaining the casual viewer”. And back to showcasing the game.

You aren’t going to draw in someone who doesn’t really care about basketball by this podcast style commentating. The only casual viewer is the significant other that’s being forced to watch.
