I have an area of my yard that was getting too much shade last summer and the grass thinned and now there are quite a few different types of weeds. We cut back some of the shade creating trees and the area is now getting quite a bit more sun.
I was thinking about spraying some weed and feed in that area in order to kill those weeds off and help give the grass a boost.
I normally just put milorganite, which is an organic fertilizer down and the thickness of the zoysia will choke out any weeds that pop up during the winter.
Is there any problem with spraying the weed and feed on the zoysia?
