Anyone think Byrne would have much interest in Malzahn? Not sure if Malzahn would take it but I think his offense could be dominant in PAC-12. The barn has been much better than I expected this season, more so from Malzahn and not Chizik.

What was Vandy offering last year? I guess I wouldn't be shocked seeing someone offering a coordinator that kind of money this day and age, but it does seem a bit steep. Muschamp is making $3M at Florida and he's more experienced and was coach-in-waiting at Texas. Seems a little unlikely he would command $3M in year 1 at a decent school unless there was a bidding war or some garbage school ponies up a ton of cash to sweeten the pot enough for him to gamble on being a HC at a crap program...
