The good news for their family is they will be able to move out of that **** hole they were living in. That house was definitely an eyesore and I’m sure he’s glad his family won’t have to spend another day living in meager conditions like they had been
Hating a player for no reason is weird at times. But this hate? It’s for a reason. He’s the most hyped player in the history of college basketball. Espn went all out with the Zion love. When they got a 1 seed they should’ve just said “and the Zion blue devils are a number one seed”. He was on espn almost every single day.
So yeah, put him in my face all day every day and this is what happens. They lose in the elite 8, and like another poster said a while back, it basically single handily lost the attention of casual basketball fans because nobody knew anything about any other team. The only thing the country knew about was Zion. Yes, passionate college fans knew about more than him, but most college basketball fans aren’t as passionate as we are.
So let them hate. He’s got plenty of people stroking his ego. I don’t feel sorry for the kid because a few people poke fun at him. He’ll be rich the rest of his life (starting with last year). He’ll be fine.
I hate it when these guys act like they are seriously considering coming back. It's so ridiculous and unnecessary. The few gullible fans are just going to get their hopes up for no reason.

Well of course he did. Even guys who transfer don't say anything bad....there parents now that is a different story.
And what’s funny is there’s going to be yet another disgruntled Dukie from that team, Reddish. Give him time to get out of Durham and he’ll do what the other guys like him did, speak out about how he was lied to, how he was mistreated, and how he’s basically glad he’s gone. No blue blood has as many disgruntled players as Duke. That’s a fact.
Duke is not reality. It’s made up by espn and some of you fall for it. I’ve been to UTR. It doesn’t even compare to UK in any way. Good thing you guys have an entire media entity pushing propaganda.
Won’t matter in the end. Dukes time is steadily coming to a close. Enjoy the last moments because once K is gone, Duke goes with him.
I’m 41 years old. I would not trade all that I’ve experienced as a Duke fan (since 86) with ANY other College Basketball Program in terms of on the court success. Not one! I’d be the ultimate fool to do so. I’ve been to Duke numerous times, my kids have as well. It’s a beautiful place but YES there are MANY campuses that are better, there’s no disputing that. I’ve also been to UK. I have nothing bad to say about UK. Great institution and obviously program. I had a good time at the bar scene in Lexington. I even went to a Sprint store to get a new IPhone there and had a Duke screen saver on the old one. Sprint store guys gave me a little ish but it was all in fun. I suspect, much like the time Leattner was in Rupp for a charity event, the UK fans in general are that way. Good people, not hateful and nasty. Knowledgeable fans. That’s been my experience of BBN.
