"Shock the world" and the comment about not being a hero and hinting he may go out of state means it's UNC, Duke, or UK. I had thought Clemson all along, but I am now leaning UNC (no reason, just feels like it, particularly now that they got off the hook with cheating).

UNC, Duke, Clemson and USC visited him all this week - but no UK. Either that's good, or Cal said "you either want to be here, or you don't - let us know".

I have no idea where he is going, but if he doesn’t come to Kentucky under Cal with our history of putting players in the NBA and getting max 2nd contracts, he’s not very smart.

He may very well be a one and done at any school he goes to, but that doesn’t mean he will get paid at the level that he will if he goes to Kentucky under Cal. That’s not an opinion, that’s a fact.

I believe Kentucky met with him on Sunday or Monday of this week.

I read Cal was at his game the week before last, but since Tuesday it's been only those I listed (Bleacher Report had it from a link here earlier).

And no one was able to confirm that Drake sighting at his game last night or Thursday night, so was he there, or was that rumor? That would be a huge positive for the Cats.

I don’t know, but I just read an article that said Cal was there last week to see him.

No idea about Drake, but that would be good news for us, as well.

It’s not a wise decision to go anywhere but Kentucky. Since everyone is picking Clemson and no one can give a good reason as to why, maybe that’s what he means by shocking the world?

If Zion goes to Unc I will literally puke. Not only do they have a sketchy recruit that plays the same position and very similar to him, it will basically show everyone that what they thought was important to him actually meant nothing!!

Not to mention that ******** should look like Nagasaki after the A bomb for their decades of cheating.

I'm an eternal optimist, but I'm holding out hope that this is similar to the Randle situation. UK was the early favorite, but KU got a ton of buzz late. Turns out he knew he was going to UK for a while.

What if UK has been the pick all along?

Zion to UNC Just doesn’t make sense. They have two 5 star wings coming in and Maye coming back, along with the Pitt transfer (likely). No room for him.

He is full of it. We may not get Zion. The unc people think that them signing Little is gonna sway him cause they are friends.they don't realize that Quickly and he are best friends and they think that Little can sway him but his best bud and Drake can't. Sorry he will either be at Clemson or SC if he stays in state or UK if he doesn't.

It will be a jerk move if he makes UK fans miss a second of a game if he isn't coming. I am guessing he likes UK even if he picks Clemson and why do that. Just annoying for all involved.

Just got a feeling UK B-ball will be just fine if he chooses elsewhere. Try being like Florida battling to get 3 stars and hope they hang around

I wonder if he's trying to avoid something like the Terrance Jones announcement?

If he announces when Cal has to "be at work", then he wont get that "guilt trip" phone call that talks him into winning a national championship.

Or ... he's wanting to see if Cal will call him from the bench during the game. Cal is cool enough to pull that off IMO.

I WOUld say he’s known where he’s likely going since the day he scheduled the announcement.

That would be eithe UK or Clemson ImO
