That's almost entirely true.

In many states, anyone can go to a flea market and buy a handgun, an AR, etc. without having to show any ID, without having to go through any background check, without having to prove you aren't a felon, without any bill of sale/proof of purchase, and it is perfectly legal.

So his statement that anyone can buy those things "without much if any regulation" is entirely accurate in many parts of the country. Now, you can argue semantics regarding his definition of "machine gun" and what is more accurate to gun enthusiasts, but as a whole, his statement is mostly true.

Ummm, no it's not.

Oh, really? Other than the machine gun, which I noted, tell me what isn't true about what he said or what I said?

That's simply false, fat ***. Why do you post about things you have no clue about? Why do you challenge somebody far more intelligent and experienced in life on things?

As I said, in numerous states, you can go down to your local flea market and buy a 9mm, an AR, etc. without having to show any type of identification, without filling out any paperwork, without having any background check on you, without any check if you're felon, and without any bill of sale/proof of purchase. And it's all perfectly legal in many of those states.

Have you never heard of the gun show loophole, moron? It also applies to flea markets. As long as the seller isn't classified as a professional seller (and there is no even remotely concrete definition of what that is), the seller is thus classified as a private seller. The private seller exemption allows exactly what I said to be done.

I could go down to the local flea market and rent a table for the day. I could then display 10 of my hypothetical 200 gun collection on the table for sale and sell all 10 without being required to do any of the things I listed above.
No. You cant buy a machine gun at a flea market you ignorant fool.

I never claimed otherwise, stupid. Why lie?

This is why you are constantly mocked for being dumb. You know you are wrong, so now you have gone and changed your argument. Here is what you said:

That is what you disputed me on. It had nothing to do with anything about a machine gun. So, are you still claiming that you can't legally buy a gun at a flea market without filling out a background check?
This thread was about what Obama said asshat. You cant buy a machine gun at a flea market.

Legally. You can't legally buy a machine gun at a flea market. You have to use crayons with this guy for him to understand.

You also can't legally sell a firearm to someone who lives across state lines, nor sell to someone that you know is legally prevented from owning a firearm. Flea market or not.

True. I should have said legally. Tgis thread is about Obamas claim that you under US law you can buy any gun anywhere anytime even over the internet and even machine guns.
