I’m curious what your thought (or anyone else here) is on whether intent should be considered or not?

I mention this only because, based on the interview, Zaven felt that it was a freak accident and not malicious. On the flip side he could’ve lost his eye from what I understand.

Yes, intent should be considered even though it's very difficult to disseminate. If it's a repeated infraction that is identified over time, created by poor technique or not, then it should be dealt with and the player should adjust.

Not sure that it would be appropriate to see the statue. Remember the statue of David is not considered pornographic in today's world and David wasn't even excited....

This might be the statue. It certainly was the one where fake bags of money were placed decades ago by certain young people.
