You really can’t see them losing on the road to a team like OSU, UNC, or even a FSU or UofL?

Our 2010 team lost 2 SEC games. The SEC was similar in that year to the ACC this year. Duke should be much better than every team they play, but home court advantage is a thing and the chances they have a off night or few through the course of 18 games is pretty high.
They’ll drop like 3 in conference play on the road. Probably 1 of those losses will be a split with unc. End the season with 4 losses 3 in conference play and 1 in the ncaa tournament.

How I long for those days. It’s pretty much unbearable to see Duke be the premier team in college basketball since 2015. Cal has to get us back to where 1. We play in these types of games 2. Have a great chance to win.
I admit (as I throw up in my mouth) Puke looks like the top team in the land this year. They have more than likely the number 1 pick and, imo, the best big man crew in the country. They’re physical and play hard and are very skilled as well. The backcourt compliments the front court well and I really like Keels as a player. The most impressive thing I’ve seen so far is that they’ve been able to beat both Kentucky and Gonzaga with Banchero sidelined with cramps for big parts of the game. They don’t fall off when Banchero comes out of the game.
Banchero was a HUGE miss by Cal. He should have done WHATEVER it took to get him on campus. Idc if he had to go in his own pocket for it. Banchero on this team and we’re the favorites. Imagine Wheeler getting Banchero the ball. Whewww! Bancheros decision between Duke and UK catapulted that team from top 10 to number 1. Wish it would’ve went the other way. I think we can all agree that pre-2015, it would have.
Not when the #1 team in the country — featuring a Player of the Year Favorite and a Top-2 pick who are your two post players — are in foul trouble the entire night and aren’t allowed the same amount of contact on the defensive end.
The ACC is weaker than it's been since I've been following basketball. Virginia and maybe FSU can beat them.
It's interesting to think that one call where chet was called for walking when knocked to the ground might have finished off any chance the zags had.
Duke played some elite defense on them down the stretch though. Zags looked completely lost. That's from a team that is praised for their high powered offense.

Duke had a close one with Campbell university then beating them by 11 at the very end? UNC has some players back from last years team and it is a rivalry and close most of the time not mattering how much better one is from the other any season. They’ll face some teams that get hot in their arena they won’t just blow everyone out of the water bro.
Correct. When it is Duke vs UNC, records go out the window. That’s why it’s the greatest rivalry in sports.

Duke beating Zags in a way encourages the hell out of me. We only lost to them by 7 so seeing how Duke will most likely be the top ranked team, and thus by losing only by 7, that’s nuts.
