If the tourney started today, we'd face the winner of Florida and Alabama. Florida looks like they are the solid East 4, but Auburn or LSU and possibly Ole Miss could occupy the West 5 spot.
Win that game and we are paired with the East 2 bracket, which looks like it will be a Patterson-less Kentucky team, Ole Miss or Georgia.
The final will likely be who comes out of the Tennessee/Arkansas/Vandy pod.
We probably have notched up to a solid 7, possibly 6 seed, but a win at Memorial Wednesday night and a season ending win vs. LSU could mean a shared SEC championship.
Coupled with a run to the SEC final, we could be looking at a 4 seed.
