There is this nice lady at Belk's she does a great job on all my wife's presents.
as this is not a serious thread,many have posted multiple times,i think most members have expressed their condolences to gottago on that thread
I agree but I think skys point was that many have replied on this thread but not one peep on the other.
I meant that most of the people who post on here regularly have sent their condolences,one time only being enough,as this is a more fun type thread,many have posted multiple times,hence why it seems like there are more posts on this thread
I grew up on Arrested Development, Tribe Called Quest, and The Fugees.
So much of the new rap is awful.
I like Meek Mill. I like some Chance the Rapper. Of course Jay Z and Eminem are legends.
That said, give me old school stuff like I mentioned above and add in more like DeLaSoul and Eric B and Rakim .

That is a great list, and I'm good with Nas at the top. For me, Lamar doesn't stack up to the rest. He blows away the competition on the radio right now, but I'm not sure his messages are all that interesting. Everyone else on that list makes me stop and think over and over. Lamar just makes me think the first time I hear his stuff, then it doesn't seem to stick. I'd replace him with Eminem.
His messages being uninteresting and not making a person think is certainly not a criticism usually placed on Kendrick. Huh.
I get it. I’ve heard the same things, and people have told me I’m crazy. I just don’t see an organized theme in his stuff. Parts of it seem brilliant but then he contradicts himself.
