But he's telling the truth about the sexual assault?
One of the two is lying. There is no way around it.
And he denied being a "blackout, vomiting drunk" while many others have stated that he was.
I was in a financial crimes course this week ironically and a retired FBI agent said his body language told her that there was more to the story than he was letting on. She didn't say he was lying but that there was more to his story.
BTW, lying by omission is still lying....

I think it was noted during the senate hearing yesterday that the Dems weren't told about that interview and had no opportunity to participate.
A fellow athlete at Yale was on CNN saying that she witnessed it. She said many former Yale students were texting each other saying he was lying about his alcohol consumption
I don't know that he did. I do know that Ford did, either with her written or verbal testimony.
You believe him when he said he discussed his drinking habits? If I was a Senator on that panel, I would hang him on his own words regarding his drinking.
So, he's a judge........he's hearing a trial.........the defendant accused of murder says "Judge, I have a calendar......it doesn't mention anything about committing a murder that week......."

Yes...every minute.......I found both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh to be credible. If the Dems and Dr. Ford are really serious about their claims that Kavanaugh attempted to rape Dr. Ford, they have an option they can pursue......File rape charges against Kavanaugh in Montgomery County.....they have no Statue of Limitations regarding rape cases.

What about "attempted" rape? Statute of limitations on that crime? I'm assuming they are treated as different (rape vs. attempted rape).......would it be more in the line of an "assault" charge, which would carry a statute of limitation I'm assuming........

There was a time during her cross examination,that she stared straight ahead. She shook her head "yeah" and mouthed the words "I can do this,I can do this,I can do this" now that was a freaky moment for me.Its also been acknowledged,she and her dad are CIA operatives.
Don't know.....all I know is what I have seen some of the legal folks say on various media. They say the Montgomery County prosecuting attorney can bring charges if warranted. I'm beginning to think that Mark Judge may be the real culprit.
