According to The Gazette and Pro Football Focus, only three of Deacon Hill's 13 passes vs. NW, excluding throwaways, went more than 10 yards. Think about that a minute. I would imagine there are some Pop Warner QBs who throw more than three 10-yard passes in a game. Yet some are pointing to Hill's 10-15 passing performance last Saturday as "progress," as "not trying to do too much." LOL
What it really is, of course, is further evidence that Iowa has no QB. The Ferentz Fellas just put Hill out there to take the snaps because, well, SOMEBODY has to. Any resemblance between Hill and a QB are entirely coincidental. Just thought I'd mention it. You're welcome.
