Bill would never sniff the tourney at Nebraska. Terrible fan support, facilities, etc. And everyone knows the administration is purposely trying to hurt the athletic programs.

Hard to argue that Self has had some very talented teams that tend to choke in the elite 8. Maybe he winds them too tight and when pressure cooks, they wilt.

Guys, I think this is the time for Nebraska to go after Bill Self. The timing is right. He might be open to a change of scenery with another loss in the Elite 8. Kansas fans are going to be all over him again for a "poor" tournament run and Nebraska would have a parade if they could hire him. Offer Self $8-9 million a year and have him turn the Nebraska Basketball Program into a dominant power. Winking

Their opponent was banking in 3s from downtown straightaway. KU on the other hand had a couple of scorers that couldn't throw it in the ocean the entire night. It happens.
