Pretty much what I expected .. Oscar cant wear a superman cape every minute of every game .. Rest of the guys -- Wallace included , are not lottery pick material , and Cal cant coach any team without superior talent to consistent win streaks .. He has to be 6-8 points better than you in a NCAAT setting or he cant win . Simple really .

Does today really change anything for anyone?

People act like they expected us to lose to Providence. They expected us to lose today. Now we lost and everyone's outraged as if they didn't expect this outcome.

I'm fed up with Calipari as well. But, not really sure today makes anything any worse. Seems like a fitting end to this dumpster fire season.

Didn’t win the champions classic, didn’t win the cbs classic, didn’t win the regular season, didn’t win the sec tourney and a second round loss.

Anything less than a final four next year and you need to remove both Barnhart and cal.

I was looking at past teams. Some were Pitino's teams and early Cal teams. I compared those players to the ones Cal has recruited the past few years. Now I may not know alot, but the players are just different. When other teams were scared of us, we had players that looked strong and played strong. The players most recently don't look the same. Some look scrawny, weak or whatever you want to call it. They certainly get hurt and stay hurt more, it seems. They sure seem afraid and don't want to play after being injured. Maybe in addition to the coach, we need to look at the strength and conditioning coaches. Like I said, they just don't LOOK tough anymore...and they are not as tough anymore. Just my two cents.

Just pure mediocrity. A couple nice wins. Even more head scratching losses.

This team was a disappointment. I expected E8 minimum preseason. By January I amended the much lowered reality-based “expectation to “just make the damn tournament.”

I’m fed up with Cal. I won’t demand a firing because I know it won’t happen. I don’t give a damn if he resigns in the morning.

UK basketball today is no different than Tubby’s last two years or Drunky Tex McGhee’s brief tenure. That’s not good enough for $9 million a year.

Didn’t win the champions classic, didn’t win SEC regular season, the SEC tournament, didn’t get to the 2nd weekend in the dance. Nothing positive to remember from this season.

You’re not in a position to demand anything. And no one is going to consult you on UK personnel decisions.

Get a grip…and a life.

“Why are you mad we lost since you expected to lose?”

I am saying it’s pointless to call for his head, but I don’t care if he leaves tomorrow.

I never said I am in a position to demand anything. I’m just tired of mediocre basketball.

So just to be clear—we as fans can’t be fed up and want the coach gone, even if we realize that isn’t up to us and most likely won’t happen? Bc isn’t it obvious even to the biggest morons that the fans don’t have much of a say in these type of things on the collegiate or pro level?
