UT is garbage. Trying to justify a loss when everyone outside of Bam played like a zombie.
Stange team. Had UNC beat in CH...they destroyed GA Tech who suddenly is beating top 20 teams left and right. They beat us. And they have some wacky losses.
I'm sure all the big orange faithful will be cheering their asses off for us come March...just the opposite. If you haven't noticed, we are the only blue blood that doesn't get any respect by our league on the road or at home. The league uses UK to try to get marquee wins for teams that crapped the bed early in the season by losing to teams like Appalacian State. Excuse me for no longer supporting the SEC teams that hate us.

I mean, Tennessee has played well only to lose against a lot of really solid teams. It was only a matter of time before they started winning a few. I usually think you are what your record says you are, but I think Tennessee's record is deceptive.
Not that this makes me feel better about our loss. But I do think Tennessee is being undervalued.

UT has played a tough schedule other than the loss to Chattanooga their other losses are to major conference teams plus Gonzaga but we feed Bam every possession we cover the spread easy.
They have played well.
That said, we still should not have lost that game.
I dont really get Cal lamenting the fact that players are not doing as instructed.
He has a handful of timeouts and a bench.
We played awful and lost by 2.
Defensively we played liked pansies and Cal allowed the first half offense to play AAU ball.
Tennessee is putting it together, it looks like their tough schedule has prepared them. I do pull for the SEC and proud we are getting some wins in the challenge.
I wish South Carolina was a part of this. They would be a tough out for the Big 12 and I think they may have won.
Really don't care how the other SEC teams do. They all hate and despise UK. I say screw 'em.

UT's RPI is now 40. Worst losses were first game to Chattanooga (who will win the Southern) and at Ole Miss (blew a 14-pt 2nd half lead). 6 of 9 losses are to ranked teams.
We will not make the NCAAT, but I am pretty proud of our freshman-heavy team.

Today, I will agree with you. But probably just today. We're on par with the Big 12, maybe better. But I wouldn't go any further than that.
Impressed with UT today. Hate losing to them, but I do cheer for our conference in match-ups like these.
Before the SEC-Big 12 challenge I picked UK, UF, UT, and UGA to win. So far the Gators and Vols have come thru, I expect the Cats to also, but UGA may let me down.
That is the price you pay when you are on top. I am sure many fans of other teams are pulling for us, but if not I am cool with that.
