On drafting wideouts. I wouldn’t base anything off their choice. That said, the more Ole Miss disappointment, the better.

Just saying the Patriots obviously had Harry higher on their draft board than DK. Ole Miss disappointment is always a good thing. If A/M can pull out this late inning game double disappointment, even better.

Y'all are being too harsh, his tweet got cut off. It really reads: "Someone didn't do their homework.....me". Its a confession of sorts.

This guy once said Derek Sherrod was a reach for an SEC OL and that's why Ole Miss wasn't "recruiting" him.Cordera Eason was the best running back in Mississippi since Walter Payton.Chris Strong will be making millions in the NFL once he is done in Oxford while KJ Wright would be flipping burgers in Starkville.

It will be a while before they need to worry about any first round NFL picks.

When probation ends in a couple of years they can start thinking about it again.

Was it AJ or DK that said in a film study/interview “that’s just me doing me” concerning a play where the call was to “just get open” or something to that effect? It seems like the bears’ receivers have an obvious short coming when it comes to actual football IQ. They all seem to be physical freaks of nature but when I comes down to running a real offense, they seem to struggle. Looking at you Paidwell. Looks like the decision makers have caught onto this.

In all sincerity any kid coming out of that program has a better than even chance of having very real character issues.....kinda like their fan base.

For the fan base that gets off on recruiting stars and NFL first rounders, it's a painful night.

It's somewhat helpful to us also. I mean, getting three wide receivers drafted is still great obviously, but being seen as underachieving as far as draft selection might dampen any boost to recruiting, especially when combined with turning a number one WR prospect in an NFL bust that coaches basically described as knowing nothing coming out of college.

I wouldn't say character is their main issue. They just don't know how to football. Since the Freeze era, OM has relied on a "get open" offense. Teaching fundamentals to receivers just hasn't happened. They can succeed in college and win with talent alone, but when they get to the NFL, it will take them at least 3 years to become a decent receiver, if they ever do. You can't just go from "get open" offense to running option routes based on reading defenses in a year. It's like throwing a 6th grader into college courses and expecting them to pass the class.

It amazes me they get any WRs based on their NFL track record.
